The approximately 45 m² apartment, with a small balcony (view of the Deutsche-Alleen-Straße) contributes to the enjoyment of the fresh salty sea air. Lung sufferers and asthmatics have a special benefit from the fresh sea air and feel particularly at ease in the Baltic Sea. The apartments in our house are all allergy-friendly.

The vacation home with two separate apartments of different sizes is located on a 1000 m² large and separate recreational property in a central location opposite the "Luna Park." The Peenestrom is only about 50 m away (swimming area about 1.6 km).
