Apartment on the second floor 22m2 next to the slopes. You can count on the slopes and elevators directly from the yard. Ski trails and snowmobile trails can be found nearby, as well as in the summer, bike park and frisbee golf right next to the yard. Accommodation is best suited for the space for 1-4 people, but spreading the sofa bed can accommodate up to six people. During the winter season 2025/2026, 2 season passes are available for use throughout the reservation. Pets are not allowed.

Sympathetic apartment in Ruka.

Enjoy the ease of life in this peaceful, centrally located home. This compact home has everything you need to visit Ruka year-round! You can hike and ski in the surrounding area, among other things, and skiing. The apartment is located near Rukatuntur (2.7 km), Ski-Bus runs from the corners of the apartment to Rukatuntur. Towels and sheets for an additional fee of 15 e per person. The apartment doesn't currently have wifi, a TV, or a washing machine. The fireplace is disabled.

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. Firewood is included in the rent. (in outdoor storage room and/or outside on the back terrace)

The tranquil and clever 22m2 studio in Helmi with a unique location in the immediate vicinity of ski tracks, slopes, gondola elevator, and Valtavaara hiking trail. Highly decorated, private wifi. Linens/towels are not included. It's always the responsibility of the guest to clean when you leave. Drying cabinet in the hallway. Nice apartment, excellent location near slopes. Wifi!
