Great location, very new and modern apartment. We stayed here with our 2-year old and had a wonderful time. Every room has an AC, the beds are comfy and the shower is nice. Parking right in front of the apartment. Breakfast on the large balcony with sea view room was fantastic. The price was fair. We enjoyed it and recommend this place!

Nice, clean and well equipped apartment with an amazing view. We really loved that balcony with the sea view. Good location, everything is walkable distance (supermarket on the corner, restaurants and beach are close as well). Entering in the apartment was very easy. Irena was cute and she helped us a lot. The bathroom is very tiny, and the only huge problem is finding a parking place. We were hunting every day to find a spot, but actually it’s a really big problem throughout the city. Highly recommend this apartment.

I had a great stay at Fiori‘s beautiful room and would always come again. Fiori and her husband are super friendly and were always there to help when I needed sth. The room was super clean, has everything one needs, and the terrace is beautiful. I even found free parking up the hill in Volosko so I did not have to pay the expensive parking fees in central Volosko.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location with a super nice and friendly host. The apartment is located directly in the port of Volosko with an amazing terrace and sea view out of every window. We fully recommend to stay in Petra's place when you're in the area.

Beautiful apartment in a great location! We are passionate about the cleanliness and tidiness. The hosts are very friendly and we had a nice welcome no matter what we got in quite late using a lock box. We got a quick response to every inquiry. Recommendations and compliments!

The apartment is lovely and we loved being able to walk to the town of Kastav. Hosts were delightful and we really appreciated them rescuing our laundry from the rain! Apartment is new and modern with high end finishes. Pool was amazing to cool off in and I would highly recommend a stay here!

I had an amazing 3-night stay at the luxury Opatija Sky View Apartment! The oceanfront view from the living room and the terrace was breathtaking, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with modern decor and a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable, featuring luxurious bedding, and the spacious rooms with ample closet space added to the comfort. The owner was highly responsive and provided clear, detailed check-in instructions, making the process seamless. Highly recommend this stunning, well-appointed apartment for a fantastic stay.

We stayed in the property with 4 adults and a toddler. We liked it very much, 👍 which was really great that we could check in and out flexibly. Everything was modern and nicely decorated. Our highlight was the view from the pool. especially in the evening a dream 🥰 We can definitely recommend the place!

We had a very good time. Communication with Iva was great, we were actually able to get into the apartment earlier with the baby. That was worth its weight in gold!!! We were very pleased with the attentions (liqueur, beer, cookies) from Iva. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The apartment has 2 balconies and you have a great view of Kvarner Bay from both. The garden with pool and barbecue area are very nice, so we could stay at home with the baby. Iva and her family are very discreet, but always available to everyone. Unfortunately, you always need a car to get somewhere! We enjoyed staying with the family very much! We can only recommend Iva's apartment!! Thank you!!

This villa was perfect for my stay in the Volosko/Opatija area. The view and outdoor patio were phenomenal. It was modern, well decorated and had all the kitchen items needed to put together a nice meal. The bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. It’s like having your own little luxury apartment. There is a plaza a few minutes walk away that had a wonderful market and a DM… and it is also in walking distance to both towns. Best part was Marko who met me for check-in, provided great tips and was gracious enough to let me ride with him into Rijeka for my ferry transfer.

We liked our vacation very much! Robert’s place is very nice, exactly as described, the view is simply amazing and the apartment is well equipped! Robert and his wife were both very responsive and kind! We recommend his place without any doubts and looking forward to come back ourselves!

It was very, very clean and you had everything you needed and even more. The place is also relatively easy to reach on foot via a long staircase. The only drawback was the driveway, I'll put it this way: you shouldn't have lowered your car. But overall, it was a great stay.

Everything looks like the pictures. The hot tub was great and an amazing view. The place is smaller. But great for 2 people

Great location and lovely apartment

Lovely place couldn’t fault it, fab views. Loved sitting in the hot-tub whatever the weather. But care needed when exiting hot-tub tiles are slippy. Use the boards provided to prevent slipping!
