Experience authentic farm life in a charming, authentic "hallingstuga" (farmhouse). Here, you can grind coffee beans in an old mill and brew coffee over a wood-fired stove if you like. A refrigerator, a freezer, and a new bathroom are the latest additions. Hallingstugu is located on a working farm with cows, sheep, and free-range chickens. In the outdoor area, there is plenty of space for skiing and sledding. Popular nearby attractions include Nesfjellet Alpine Resort, golf, Nystølkroken Café, Langedrag Nature Park, and an extensive network of cross-country skiing trails. Everything is within a few kilometers by car.

Good chance of seeing the Northern Lights in winter, as it is dark around the cabin. The cabin has a fireplace, a large south-facing terrace, a fire pit, a toboggan, a lounge loft, and board games.
