Lovingly designed apartment with a box spring bed, kitchenette, small shower room with a window and infrared heating, private patio terrace, and a private entrance in a quiet residential area. The design corresponds to a small bungalow (28 sqm). There is free public parking in the area, and there are 2 electric charging stations in front of the studio. Direct parking location, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, and the surfaces are disinfected. Check in/out via key box.

In addition to the living room, there is a second spacious living area/bedroom on the upper floor, surrounded by three glass fronts. Quietly located on the waterfront promenade, but still central: bars, restaurants and cafés at Ostkreuz are only minutes away.
