I don’t even know where to start on how amazing this home was. I highly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ recommend this to place to everyone for any occasion. There was not one bad thing we could say and fell in love with the backyard & inside layout. They had ample trash bags, soaps, hair ties, bathroom accessories and everything else you need. The rules and check out was so simple and easy, not stressful or tons of rules ….they kept it short and sweet. This hands down is the best house we have rented and will definitely be renting this property again. The neighborhood was fantastic and so easy to find. I can’t forget the garage is packed with bikes, fishing poles, games, all kinds of baby items and a ton more stuff! Great cabin in a perfect location. Very private and quiet but steps from the village and brewery. Jeanna was very responsive and made coordinating very easy.

Spectacular view, great scenic trails, quiet getaway, and the best host! Joseph was so responsive, very descriptive with any questions that I had, and made my trip the best ever!

We loved it here we only stayed 1 night for a quick getaway but it was lovely the spa is great and it was so quiet and serene. We will be back!

We stayed here to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary and really enjoyed our time in Big Bear. The location was peaceful and private, with beautiful views of the lake. We were initially a little worried about being too far from the village, but it ended up being no more than a 15-minute drive—easy and convenient. We would choose this location again without hesitation. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we appreciated having plenty of room to relax. The beds were decent, and the overall setup made it easy to unwind. The host was very responsive and helpful anytime we had questions, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We especially enjoyed spending time on the deck, taking in the view and the quiet surroundings. Highly recommend for a scenic and relaxing getaway.

This was such a beautiful, clean, and peaceful experience! Daniel was extremely helpful and responded quickly and super friendly. This place was so beautifully decorated and made us feel right at home! We loved everything about this house and would come back. I feel like I definitely got my moneys worth.

Great stay at the little green cabin. Though we didn’t partake the fridge of frozen pizzas was a great touch. In a lovely neighborhood and very close to town. We hope to return.

We appreciated that it was a place that allowed pets & did not smell like pets! Location was great & clean.

The stay was absolutely amazing! Adam is a fantastic host—super responsive and welcoming. There’s truly no better place to stay if you're doing the Spartan Race. The unit is even closer to the start line than the official entrance—it's like being right at the starting point! The house itself is clean, bright, and beautifully decorated with cozy touches that make it feel like home. The sauna and spa are incredible bonuses, especially after a long day of racing. I’ll definitely be coming back for the next Spartan. Highly recommend this unit!

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick getaway to the snow. You can’t beat the location. Literally less than a two minute walk into Snow Summit park. Ivan and April were great hosts, very helpful & very communicative. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area. Especially if you are planning to ski or snowboard.

they're amazing hosts! id honestly love to stay there again any issue we had the responded quick and they were super flexible with check in and check out if you guys are looking for a cabin thats fun and cozy this is the one bonus they have a trail to go off road right there

Prime location for anyone competing in the Big Bear Spartan. It was peaceful leading up to the weekend, allowing restful sleep and relaxation. I was able to register for the race early in the morning and head back to the house to prepare and stretch comfortably before the race. It was nice coming right back to the house to unwind and recover, especially with the convenience of the hot tub! Totally played a part in minimizing soreness. Centrally located to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and hiking trails. The scenery was beautiful and something I will never forget! It was a fantastic stay and I would definitely stay there again if I am in Big Bear. I can only imagine how awesome this place is during the ski season!

The house is very comfortable, my family loved it had a lot of space for the beds very comfortable , the lake a few steps away we loved the Jacuzzi, we made meat roasted the very equipped kitchen the house is very spacious for the next time we travel for big Beard we will stay hosted with Elizabeth .

Amazing location close 3 min walk to the park and fishing pier , 2 min walk to the local corner store and pizza place ; and a 7 min drive into the town ! The house was so clean and way better in person than the photos , it’s a must stay we will definitely be coming back in the future !!

The place was clean, peaceful, and exactly what we needed for a quick mountain escape. Communication was excellent, and everything matched the listing perfectly. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a cozy and well-hosted getaway. Thanks again, Nellie!

Shayne was a gracious host. You can tell he is dedicated to making visitors’ stays relaxing and easy. Sook’s Perch was a perfect location, walking distance to all the Lake Arrowhead Village shops & restaurants with a lovely view of the lake from the living room & the porch/balcony. Shayne was also very responsive & thoughtful with communication about the property and area attractions. We truly appreciated all the information he shared before our arrival. It made reservations and planning so easy! Sook’s Perch had everything we needed for the week of our stay and hope we get to come back soon!

Beautiful place with wonderful views! Very nice, clean, and comfortable place. We had an excellent time there. The hosts are super nice and helpful giving us recommendations for places to go and eat. We drove there after an unexpected snowfall and our car isn’t made for driving in those conditions but the hosts were very accommodating and helpful throughout the process of us driving there and we are very grateful! Definitely recommend this place as it is gorgeous and the hosts are very nice and friendly.

From the moment I stepped inside, the pristine cleanliness was striking. It's clear that maintaining a spotless environment is a top priority, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. Beyond just being clean, the cottage exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, undoubtedly a result of thoughtful touches and genuine dedication. Whether it was the well-arranged decor, the quality of the amenities provided, or simply the overall well-maintained feel of the space, every element contributed to a truly enjoyable stay. The EV charging is also a plus!

Pictures don't do justice to this cute little A frame. Great locations right next to coffee shops and restaurants. Peter was very responsive and had amazing suggestions for hikes and food. Super quiet place with amazing views.

Wanted to get out of LA for a few days and this was the perfect spot! This home is lovely - beautifully decorated, fully stocked, and incredibly peaceful. During the day we grilled and enjoyed the view on the balcony and in the evening, lit a fire (incredible fireplace) and cozied up on the couch. Truly has everything you could want or need!

I had a very pleasant stay at Adam’s place. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great home away from home.
