Spacious apartment in a fantastic location in Simmerath-Dedenborn, located directly on the Rur. Our house is the ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From the private balcony you have a magnificent view of the Rur. Distance to the supermarket: 8 km From January 1, 2025, you will have to pay us an overnight accommodation fee (5% of the booking price) in cash. Laminate flooring is laid in the living room and hallway, the other rooms are equipped with PVC floors. Since this apartment should remain suitable for allergy sufferers, bringing pets and small animals, as well as smoking inside the apartment, is not allowed.
