Loft holiday rentals in Russafa, L'Eixample

Kath’s place is wonderful. The neighborhood is perfect and there are so many lovely cafes, bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance it’s crazy. The place is quite large with multiple bathrooms which is great. The main train station is a 10 minute easy walk as well. Kath is super friendly and a great communicator. Always very responsive. I cannot say enough about her apartment. This is our second time there and will definitely be back again. Please do not hesitate to book this one. You will not regret it.

The apartment is beautiful, I felt right at home! It’s a nice mix of the old tiles and wooden beams with the new appliances and furniture. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me: a short walk takes you either to the hip and bustling Ruzafa neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants, or to the Túria park for some running or yoga 🧘🏻 I will be back!

Wir waren eine Gruppe Freunde, die in der Unterkunft von Rafa übernachten durften. Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Lage um Strand und Stadt gleichermaßen zu genießen. Die Ausstattung ist fantastisch, von den Bädern bis zum Küchenequipment sowie Strandessentials ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Und Rafa als Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und die Wohung jedem empfehlen.

Eine großartige Wohnung :) Es hat wirklich Spaß gemacht dort zu wohnen. Der Billardtisch wurde von uns viel bespielt und hat großen Spaß gemacht! Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, man erreicht sehr schnell unterschiedliche Verkehrsmittel (u bahn, Bus). Zum Strand sind es auch nur wenige Minuten und es gibt viele tolle Lokale. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Die Wohnung war perfekt für meinen 9-tägigen Workation-Trip! Sie war sauber, schön und das Internet war sogar schneller als zuhause in meinem Büro! :D Carles war immer erreichbar, super freundlich: zur Begrüßung gab es sogar Wasser, Saft und einen kleinen Snack. Ich habe mich in der Nachbarschaft direkt am Mercat Central sehr wohl und als alleinreisende Frau sicher gefühlt! Einfacher checkin, sogar mit Empfehlungen für die Gegend. Ganz tolles Appartement und ich komme gerne wieder! Danke Carles!

In an incredible area, great flat with a nice terrace if you don’t mind ducking through a window. Definitely plan to maximize time outside the flat or commit to climbing 5 flights of stairs one way quite often ;)

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben! Geniale Lage mit einer schönen Terrasse. Wir haben es geliebt!

We had an awesome stay! Maria was a fantastic host - always responsive, provided loads of amazing recommendations and let us check in slightly earlier. The location was adorable - fun area to walk around and snap photos and just a few minutes from the beach on foot. Getting into central Valencia was super easy from the location. Aircon worked fantastically, shower water pressure was good, washing machine was great - everything was wonderful! I would stay here again!

Ein wunderschönes Loft mit super Ausblick. Es ist ruhig und in der Nähe sind Haltestellen für die Bahn schnell erreichbar. Der Check in war erst um 15 Uhr, da wir jedoch eher in der Stadt waren wurde uns ermöglicht zumindest die Koffer früher abzustellen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges und nahezu tadelloses Loft (bis auf die Geräusche durch das obere Bad wenn jemand über einem im Haus die Toilette benutzt - Abwasser das dass Rohr runter rauscht und des (Pumpen?) Geräusches neben dem Fernseher im Wohnzimmer in der Wand sowie der aktuellen Baustellen (Stand Mai 2025) der Roig Arena bis September 2025 und der extrem vielen Bauarbeiter) schöner Pool und sehr schöne Atrium-Anlage. Leider sind die Nachbarn etwas ungehalten, wenn man am Pool etwas trinkt (es reicht auch schon nur Wasser oder Cola) da leider zu viele Leute dort Partys gefeiert haben und die tolle Anlage wohl mit Füßen getreten haben. Einkaufszentrum Saler Velancia in 10 min Fussläufig erreichbar, Bahn und Bus in 2-5 Minuten erreichbar. Kommunikation mit Gonzalo war ausgezeichnet. Alles in allem aber eine Top Unterkunft! Kann sie nahezu uneingeschränkt Empfehlen! Absolutes Urlaubsfeeling und perfekt für Familien! Ich werde gerne bei meiner nächsten Valenciareise wiederkommen :)

Vincente was the perfect host. He greeted us at the apartment and gave us a full tour of the amenities. He also sent us a list of recommendations and we tried several of these which were by far the stand-out meals we had! He was friendly and understanding with our limited Spanish. The apartment was beautiful, had everything we needed without being cluttered and we will definitely be booking here again! The location was perfect for all amenities, a short walk from most places or a 2 min walk to the subway. Vincente was on hand with any questions and ensured checking in and out was as easy as possible. I couldn’t fault the place or the host, it was perfect, this was one of our favourite all time holidays.

I stayed five nights and loved everything! The loft was super clean, just like the photos. Susana was a fantastic host, very helpful, and quick to respond. Check-in was smooth and easy. The space was perfect for relaxing after a full day of sailing. I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved Javi’s apartment. It’s bigger than it looks and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided including a useful list of great recommendations in the area. There was enough storage, the space is well thought through. Javi was helpful and we would stay again.

Cómodo y amplio apartamento en planta baja, ubicado en el corazón de Ruzafa, ideal para estancias cortas. Está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. Al estar a nivel de calle, no es especialmente luminoso, ya que al abrir las cortinas se pierde privacidad. Aun así, para una persona fue una opción muy práctica y cómoda.
