The house has a living area of 130 m² and is suitable for 4 people. It is located in the cross-border National Park Neusiedler See/Hansag. It borders directly on the core zone of the national park. In the distance, the adjacent towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch am See, Rust and Fertörakos. Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

Living on the second longest river in Europe brings a lot of experiences and unforgettable views of the spectrum of animals. Each season has its own specifics and the houseboat is habitable all year round. Floor heating and a romantic stove guarantee warmth in winter. Life directly on the water brings many possibilities, especially those associated with water. You can rent a paddle board, water bike, canoe, electric boat, or motor boat, or ride a speedboat to the center of Bratislava, or to Devín Castle.

Close to the city center, minutes from the beach resorts of Neusiedl & Weiden (5 min by car, 30 min walk) - this dreamy apartment is a good starting point for many excursion destinations in northern Burgenland. The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

Our small guest apartment can accommodate 2 people, a mattress can be provided for a third person. Outside under construction! For the sight of bricks, wood and building materials in the courtyard, our cozy garden in the back compensates. Sustainability is very important to me, because my electricity comes from the sun and my organic separation toilet saves a lot of water. When it gets cooler, my wood pellet stove creates a special atmosphere. My huge terrace invites you to relax and there is also a lot to discover in the garden.

Welcome to our reed hut, right on Lake Neusiedl. The reed chalet is located in the middle of the reed belt above the water. A larch wood path leads to the fully equipped chalet, which is built on a large larch wood platform above the water in the reed bed on Lake Neusiedl. On the front you can climb directly into the natural pool (0.5 m) and take the small rowboat across the canal to the lake.
