Monthly Rentals in Rustic Canyon

Stayed there for a few months and everything was perfect just as described. The location is literally unbeatable so many nice restaurants and cool things to do. Jason was very nice, accommodating and responsive. I will definitely be back!

The studio is an absolute gem. You need to be able to climb some (well lit and scenic!) steps but the location is well worth it! Cozy and comfortable with a spectacular view of the canyon and ocean. Lauren is an attentive and generous host. I can't wait to go back again.

I live in Santa Monica just 5 minutes drive - I needed a place for my parents to stay last minute for a visit. My mother and father are extremely picky and not normally the Airbnb types. They absolutely adored everything about the place and are already asking me to book for when they come back with more family over thanksgiving. The house is on one of the most amazing streets in Santa Monica (maybe even LA) - a walk to the beach, a bike to Montana, a 15 min ride to Malibu - its perfect. The house is super chic and incredible decorated and equipped with everything you would need for your time in LA (including a gorgeous frame tv and boogie boards :). I highly recommend this place if you want a true LA experience with comfort and style!

Perfect location and very nice apartment, with fresh high-quality linens and towels. It is fully-priced and has some nice amenities, but in other ways does need some attention, esp. at the price. The TV was effectively non-functional — host said he would replace it but that wasn't going to help me. The kitchen is also outdated with a partially broken faucet and both too much clutter and yet some odd omissions: normal enough for a vacation rental, but for the price these should be taken care of. Harry is however a lovely gentleman and you will not regret the location.
