I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Lauren was a fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble. My request for a birthday cake for one of our party was met with "I can arrange that for you and would you like candles and balloon decorations too." I got the brownie points but Lauren did all the work. The accommodation was beautiful on arrival and it bought on some very happy birthday tears. Spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard throughout, and it comes with a nice little private garden. The site is wonderful and has everything you could need, from a good breakfast to some lovely walks around fishing lakes. My girls had a wonderful long weekend at Laurens accommodation and,although not home yet, are already planning a return trip. Thanks again Lauren... 5*.

From 1st contact, Patricia was quick to reply & friendly. Her lodge was spotless and equipped with everything u cld want. Welcome pack of bread / milk etc such a lovely thought. Flowers and plants around the lodge are absolutely beautiful! The park itself is so peaceful. Would definately recommend

Lovely place to stay with family. Only downside was strength if Wi-Fi! When you have a professional gamer in your party this can be annoying! Other than that the place was ideal for us visiting as a family, comfortable beds, with lovely walks for our little dogs too..thank you

Absolutely perfect from booking to checking out. Richard is an incredible host with everything you need. If you have kids, this is the place. Our 6 and 4 year old loved swimming multiple times, reading the kids library of books and playing with the many toys at the house. You can’t get any better than these hosts and this house.

What can I say about The Firs? The word luxury doesn't do it justice, as soon as we walked through the door we were in ore of the building and it's surroundings. The amenities were fantastic, our personal favourites being the balcony with sun lounges, hot tub and pool table! The house is also decorated with a stylish, luxurious The decor. The kitchen is a stand out feature The owners were reliable, had brilliant communication and even gave us a recommendation to a beautiful restaurant called Quayside Hotel! They couldn't do enough. The on site groundsman was also super friendly and even borrows us his tandem bike! We will be back next year!

Perfect place to explore Uppingham and the surroundings such as the lakes, etc. Lovely selection of pubs and cafes on the doorstep and a great place to go for peace and quiet. Highly reccomended.

We had a lovely stay at Lambert cottage. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The property is at a great location, it’s clean, cozy and well equipped. We had an amazing time and would recommend.

Beautiful charaterful cottage. Very comfortable and cosy - very hot weather but lovely and cool indoors. Pretty walled garden with spacious outdoor eating area. Ian was very communicative beforehand sending info about places to visit/eat etc and we were able to text when we were arriving and he met us at the property. Very well equipped kitchen as we had brought food to self cater rather than eating out. Comfy beds and nice to have toiletries and tea/coffee/milk and breakfast options for the first morning. Highly recommended. Thank you

Third stay, that speaks for itself. Perfect location, central but hidden away. I just love the apartment, feels homely, quirky, individual. Always very special/ memorable staying there.

Had a great few days at this beautifully decorated property. Very well laid out, clean and comfortable. Could not fault it at all. A few basic provisions were provided which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Karen was very quick to respond to our messages too. Just a 5 minute walk across the meadows takes you into the town for a good choice of eateries and bars. Made good use of the parking at the rear of the house too. The property sits on a road which is very close to the train station and track so you do hear the occasional engine go by but it certainly wouldn’t put us off booking this place again. Highly recommended!

Adie made us feel very welcome, and made sure we had everything we needed. He left us bread, milk,cereals,teabags,coffee and even a bottle of wine, etc. We were just a little surprised that we had to be out by 10am, we could have done with a little longer. It was great that the dogs came and visited as we were missing ours. Thank you Adie for a wonderful place to lay our heads and get ready for our granddaughters wedding.

Cherry lodge is beautiful I booked as a getaway for my husbands birthday as a surprise and it was beautiful. Hannah decorated the lodge with Jamaican coloured balloons and flags. We got confused with the hot tub and Hannah was available to help and sent her husband nick round to help once they were home. Everything was perfect from start to finish we will definitely be back. Really enjoyed our stay in Uppingham. The property was modern, clean and spacious as well as being in a good location to visit Rutland water. Amanda is a great host and is responsive to messages.

The accommodation was ideally situated being only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Having said that, it was lovely and quiet in the accommodation. The whole house was spotlessly clean and immaculately tidy when we arrived with fresh bed linen and multiple towels provided. There are all the facilities you could want - dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker and hob, pans, crockery, cutlery etc. I can't recommend this accommodation highly enough - absolutely perfect for our stay.

We had 3 wonderful days in this great house. For us, the location was ideal as we were visiting family in Uppingham. It is superbly equipped and very comfortable. Parking right outside the front door is a big plus. Super nice typical English area. We have a small suggestion for improvement: we were here with two toddlers. It would have been great if there had been a high chair for the little ones. We'd love to come back and have already recommended this Airbnb to the whole family.

What an amazing place to stay! My far-away friends and I spent the weekend here for our annual get together and we had the most wonderful time. The host was very attentive and accommodating to all our needs. The area itself is gorgeous, with tons of lovely restaurants and bars. We would recommend this place in a heartbeat and hope to return!

Can’t find anything to fault, the house was stunning and so spacious, perfect location as it was so close to the centre and very responsive and friendly hosts, would recommend!

I lovely place to stay, which we used as out base when walking the Rutland Round. Loved having Netflix and watched a couple of films/series in the evenings. Local supermarkets and services very convenient.

We had a lovely stay in Stamford. The house managed to stay relatively cool in extremely warm weather. We particularly enjoyed the dining area for games and dinners. Becci was very responsive and very kindly brought us a freezer as we hadn’t realised there wasn’t one. The beds were relatively comfortable and it was good that there were items like hand wash, loo rolls and washing up liquid etc provided especially for a weekend visit. It was a quiet area but convenient for walking into Stamford in around 20 minutes, but also convenient for the A1. Burleigh House was wonderful and we enjoyed a great visit there.
