Patronhagen's B&B offers an overnight stay in a spacious two-story guesthouse. In the guesthouse there are 4 beds ( and access to a cot) in a combined sleeping and living room. Toilet, shower and sauna are available on the lower floor. In a separate gazebo breakfast is served. The gazebo is at guests' disposal during the stay. In the gazebo there is a micro wave oven, small fridge and household utensils, water and egg boilers, electric grill, etc., for simple food keeping. There is also sugar, salt and pepper etc.

The house is located right next to the forest. People who come here for the first time often say that the surroundings remind them of the tales of Astrid Lindgren. Just 2 km away you have access to a lake with sauna (shared with others) that you can use for free. On agreement you can charge your electric vehicle at our place (200 meters away) with type 2 , 11kW for 3sek/kW. Towels/linens are NOT included, but can be provided for 150 SEK/person. Cleaning can be added for 1500sek.

Here is a simple lifestyle: the food is cooked over an open fire or in the outdoor kitchen, drinking water is collected from the pump house, which is bathed outdoors or in the lake and toilet visits are done on luxury das. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the cottage.

Sofie and Matthias are very likeable, lovely hosts. We were very warmly welcomed by the two and felt very welcome from the first moment until the end of our stay. They always respect the privacy of the guests, but are always very helpful when it matters. Hosts as you wish for! The raft is conveniently furnished and offers extras such as a mini fridge, coffee machine and a few games. The surroundings and the integrated sauna with a view of the lake are additional highlights on the raft. Simply wonderful. The bathroom in the main house, about 20m from the raft, which has its own access for the guests, is a gem, and is at the guests' sole disposal during the stay. We would love to come back and can gladly recommend the accommodation and the hosts. We wish them both all the best! Michèle & Roger

It‘s a really cozy Little House with all the Basics that you Need. When we had a question Svend answered fast and could help us. We enjoyed the few days we spent there in the Winter a lot. In Summer it Must be a really nice Place too with an outdoor shower and Fire Place.

We stayed for a week over Christmas and had an amazing time at the old school. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings with the forest directly on the corner. The house is big and beautiful with lots of space. Nicely decorated and well equipped. Katrine communicated quickly and clearly and everything worked very well. Highly recommend!

Our mission was to relax and we found it at this wonderful home on the lake and its great view. The house itself is wonderful in design as are its outdoor areas. Inside everything was immaculate. Everything you need is there for a relaxing stay and the host make sure that everything is clear for you when you arrive and were easy to reach if you needed help. We loved are short stay and hope to be back in the near future.

very nice people who make every effort to make your stay as beautiful as possible. Bernd was present on arrival and departure, a very nice and charismatic man who speaks fluent English. he gave us a very nice and extensive tour of their beautiful terrain and through the house in which he also involved the children in a very nice way. The house is wonderfully quiet and there is all wildlife to see in the woods all around. In the evening you can hear all kinds of birds singing. If we would like to go to the same area again, we will definitely see if this house is available again, it offers everything you need for a nice holiday. we did not meet Helle now, answers to any questions we had in advance were given by her quickly and clearly. we stayed in the house for 4 nights and then booked another house in another region of Sweden but would definitely like to stay longer afterwards. bernd was also there when leaving. Thx

It was a great short break at Maria's! We enjoyed the house, it was clean, cozy and furnished with love! The water-filled quarry was an inviting place to swim on sunny days. We walked a lot on the property and had all the amenities. We will be happy to come back! A pearl in Sweden!
