Our second visit here, and will likely come back. Astrid is a great host and the stables are a lovely little space to stay with beautiful surroundings and a great location within the New Forest.

Westview cottage is PERFECT for group gatherings! A beautiful, well thought out house with excellent kitchen provisions, cosy living room and multiple bed and bathroom options. It was perfect for our needs and I would 100% stay again or recommend to others. Thank you so much

Amy’s cottage was very cosy! Great location with the Buddle inn nearby for a delicious dinner. The cottage was more than big enough for our family of five and we had a hugely restful and enjoyable stay. We’ll be back!

Had a really lovely stay. The place was immaculate and everything was as described. There’s a really helpful folder inside giving ideas on where to visit for dog friendly days and walks. Can’t wait to visit again! Beautiful place and such a wonderful hosts.

We had an amazing stay at Ashley’s cottage. The kitchen/living area is absolutely beautiful and suited us as a group of friends when doing breakfast/lunch etc. Our favourite bit of the property has to be the outside area. Having an outdoor shower/toilet, hot tub, kitchen area and bbq just topped off our weekend and we spent most of our time outdoors. A few outdoor games were left in the garden and it gave a good few hours of entertainment for us too! Ashley was super inviting and was very clear with check in instructions etc. The house felt very safe & secure and we all got very good night sleep from comfortable beds. We would love to come back again next year and for years after this!! A really lovely place!

This was our second time staying and we loved it as much as the first time. The place is so peaceful and cosy. Jane was very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to booking another stay in the future!

Kirsty’s instructions were clear allowing a fuss free arrival. Close to the village which was great. The service at the Village Inn was really good and the Sunday Lunch was amazing. Unfortunately could not say the same about The Crab. Take a visit to Kirsty’s boutique Dennis HQ. We were greeted with a glass of Prosecco whilst we shopped. The staff were lovely. Perfect place to stay and would definitely stay again!

I picked this wonderful cottage for its proximity to a wedding venue nearby. I stayed there with some friends who could not stop telling me what an amazing find this was! Do not hesitate to stay here for the super peaceful surrounds like the garden, sea view, and eggs from the chickens (huge plus!!) A big thanks to the wonderful host Pam, who made the stay very simple from start to finish!

Lovely cozy cottage. Was warm and inviting . Quiet at night and had everything we needed. Plenty of instructions and easy to check in. Highly recommended

Loved this cottage. It had furnishings and decor entirely in keeping the age and character of the cottage. We were warned about low ceilings and the steep stairs. Kitchen is well equipped and opens on to the back garden with seating area. The separate dining area has a table cut from a slice of timber. There are 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Bathroom has both a roll top bath and a walk in shower. Washing machine very cleverly is tucked away next to the bathroom. Bosham is a quiet, pretty village with a frontage to the sea channel. There are 2 pubs ( both recommended),a couple of cafes and an arts and crafts centre. The Church is also worth a visit. Nearby are the seaside villages of East and West Wittering. Parking beside the West Wittering beach is expensive so plan to stay most of the day. Chichester is accessible by bus (no 56) from Bosham. All in all a great place for a few days stay.

From the warm welcome and the homemade brownies to the clean and spacious interior, Bentley Cottage is the perfect place for a New Forest escape. We are already looking forward to our next time!!

We absolutely loved our stay here at Forest’s Edge. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. It was very relaxing (even with three dogs and a toddler!) the garden was absolutely lovely and nice to find somewhere our rescue dogs are secure and can enjoy. Our toddler loved playing in the garden on the slide/swing and other garden toys. We had absolutely everything we needed here and throughly enjoyed our stay, we will be booking again and think this will become our yearly holiday spot now!

We had a wonderful stay at the Boat House. It really is a stunning location, close to all amenities and great restaurants, its also an ideal spot just to sit and watch the wildlife, we spotted Herons, Egrets and oystercatchers to name but a few! We also rented bikes from nearby 'Off the Rails' and had a great cycle ride along the river to Freshwater Bay. Would have loved to stay longer but hope to return soon.

Beautiful location and the host added very thoughtful amenities like a choice of bubble baths to choose from, a massager machine, fans in every bedroom which was very much needed during this heatwave. The choice of teas and coffees were amazing too.

We had an amazing time staying at the Bothy with our 2 young children. The grounds are stunning and well looked after in such a peaceful setting, we slept with the windows open and didn’t hear a peep! Extremely comfy beds, luxury towels and all the games you could wish for. Kitchen and bathrooms particularly well decorated with all the amenities you could need. Great communication and hosting, our little boy fed Allies chickens and cuddled the cats and absolutely loved it. So glad we got to stay here and would absolutely recommend to all!

We had a lovely stay at Neil’s place. The setting is really peaceful and it’s fantastic having the country park on your doorstep - especially great with kids who want to spend all their time on the park! The place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We would definitely come to stay here again.

Great little house very cosy and nice outside space. Everything you need.

We stayed here with our 2 young kids (3yo and 18 months) for 4 nights. The house is in a brilliant location. Just 1 min walk to esplanade which has a paddling pool for young kids and play area adjacent to the beach. There is also a Waitrose 2 min walk in the opposite direction. The house is approx 20mins drive to Shanklin and our kids throughly enjoyed the beach and the rides. Would highly recommend this property and will be booking it again next year.

We had such a wonderful time staying here and could not have asked for a better experience. Sophie made it very easy in terms of finding the barn and checking in, it was also so clean and had a lovely welcome hamper and very clear and helpful instructions. As well as it feeling very smooth and stress free this place really did have the wow factor. The setting is so picturesque and very calming there was nothing better than sitting outside by the lake and enjoying the beautiful scenery with a cup of coffee. The animals also made it very special we were amazed to see the herd of deers near the house as well as the three horses galloping up and down and joyfully rolling around on their backs. I think witnessing these moments and seeing all the horses, alpacas, swans and deers living harmoniously together was so magical and really added to the stay. Thoroughly recommend this stay for literally anyone!

Second time staying at this beautiful cottage. My wife, daughter and I absolutely love this place. The view is stunning, it feels like you are actually over the sea when you're inside. The location is great as it is a short walk along to Ventnor beachfront. David is a really nice guy and always responds really quickly to any questions. Couldn't recommend here any more. 10/10!

The Cot is an absolute gem — cosy, charming, and beautifully put together. We especially loved reading through the welcome pack and learning about the cottage’s history, which added such a personal touch to our stay. The decor is tasteful and inviting, but what truly stood out for us were the little luxuries — the high-quality linen and wonderfully comfortable pillows made all the difference. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Mallards Cottage and will definitely return for a longer stay. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped with nice touches such as fresh flowers and a selection of basic provisions in the fridge. We found it very homely with lovely views across the large lawn. The host family were very welcoming and friendly especially with local information and places to eat. We would thoroughly recommend Mallards Cottage to anyone.
