Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Fortuna Strandhem II is a lovely detached villa by the beach with an associated lake plot that is located by the water on beautiful Fortuna. Outside the kitchen, which bathes in morning light, there is a small patio with breakfast corner and towards the sea is a large patio. The house offers a fantastic view of Råå harbor and Helsingborg in the north, over Denmark and Ven and all the way down to the Öresund Bridge, which you can see on clear days. It is a couple of kilometers to Rydebäck's center and the nearest restaurant is a 10-minute walk away.

Stuga Fritiden - a natural stop

My little house is an affordable overnight stay with ideal location. Turn off and find the home at the back of my house. A private wooden deck around the house provides a nice patio and if you feel like barbecuing, there is everything you would need. What do you want to visit? Österlen? Copenhagen? Lund? Malmö? Hven? The property is located 800 m from train station, ten minutes walk from golf course and 250 m from ICA store with generous opening hours. The tiled bathroom comes with a shower and toilet, fridge and Micro, of course .

The annex of 50 m2 in floor plan contains 2 lofts with double mattresses, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. Access to the loft via a ladder. Ideal for 4 people, but there are 6 beds. Duvet, pillow, bed linen, towels, dish towels and dishcloths available. Free WiFi and TV with internet access, but without TV package. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties

In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

A self-contained and lovely Tinyhouse in our garden, in a quiet, residential area. Free parking and wifi. Access to playground in our garden if required. There is outdoor furniture and possibility to barbecue. There are also chargers for electric cars that can be rented for a fee. Five minutes walking distance to both shop and pizzeria. 7 mins from the E6 freeway. About 1 mile to the nearest town, Landskrona, where there are nice swimming areas, shopping and much more.
