A beautiful property amidst beautiful surroundings. Pictures didn't do the place justice. We were sad to leave as the place had everything, and the host had thought of everything. And the views, just incredible. Total peace, luxury, and some extra pleasant surprises thrown in for good measure. Must book for longer next time...

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at the Love Nest to celebrate our anniversary. Lovely location, extremely peaceful. The place was very clean and welcoming, cozy little lodge. We would stay again, they also have other accommodation options, which we would like to try. Thank you for having us.

Aidan & Wendy were perfect hosts. We had an amazing relaxing time despite walking 18.2k along the stunning coastline! The barn was the perfect place to retreat to. Aidan was super helpful and welcoming when we arrived and it was a pleasure to stay with them. I have already recommended them to a friend 🙌🏻

Beautiful cabin - cosy, peaceful and secluded. Loved the outdoor space with eating area, hot tub and fire pit. Mandy was brilliant - very responsive and friendly, and had great recommendations for the area. Alfriston within walking distance, gorgeous village with excellent pubs and shops. Would highly recommend!

We were very lucky to find this as it is a very popular place which is usually booked well in advance and having stayed there I can honestly see why. This is a lovely cosy retreat set in a stunning back garden to a lovely home . Quiet and peaceful surroundings . Our little Cockapoo loved the garden and spent some time basking in the Sun outside . It has a well equipped kitchen, spotless bathroom and pretty Much everything you need . Sharon and Ian are a delight to meet and recommended some good spots for breakfast .

There was four adults and we booked it for two nights. we all found it clean and tidy, parking for two cars and everything you needed was there especially the kitchen ,you do need to pick up milk before getting there, it was nice having two bathrooms great location for explore the south coast. Would booked again but for longer next time. we find a pub 3mis in the car(no foot path that why we went by car) up the road which was nice.

Beautiful cabin in a stunning location! Perfect to relax and be in the nature. Tom gave us very clean instructions and local recommendations. We loved watching the sunset by the fire and having a morning coffee listening to birds. Amazing place for walks, runs and exploring !

Sarissa has a lovely place. We'd been before and were really happy we found a space this half term. My 8 yo loved feeding the animals with Sarissa. The log cabin is cosy and close to lots of fun places. Will hopefully be coming back again!

Absolutely brilliant Air BnB. Great location to visit Eastbourne, Brighton, Rye, Wakehurst etc though the track to it is pretty bumpy so not ideal if you are going out several times a day. However, we went out in the morning & back in the evening & it’s so quiet & peaceful when you are there, it didn’t bother us. Accommodation was exactly like the photos & was so well stocked e.g. welcome basket, milk, dish washer tablets, biscuits etc & they saved our bacon because we forgot dog bowls but there they were in the cupboard; absolutely brilliant 🤩 Extremely clean & beautifully decorated throughout with shampoo & shower gel included. Was made to feel really welcome & our little westie, Minnie, thoroughly enjoyed her week away as well. Probably one of the best Air BnBs we have ever stayed in. Will definitely return when we next visit Sussex 😊😊

Larissa and her partner were so friendly and welcoming. The beautiful little cabin/pool house is situated next to the main house in their garden, which is surrounded by well kept wild gardens and a forest which is very relaxing. The pool is great and really well looked after, Larissa was kind enough to let us know when she intended to come down and use the pool when we were sitting by it. Comfortable inside calm space, with the kind touch of a few eggs and some tasty jam left in the fridge. All the utensils/pans/plates you need for cooking on the hob, just need to bring along your teas/coffees and any little bits :) You can also take a lovely little walk straight from the garden through the forest and into fields, we just enjoyed sitting around the pool and taking some walks. Very relaxing few days. Thanks so much.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin over the Easter weekend. Groombridge is a lovely, tucked away area and the cabin feels very remote and peaceful. Christopher made us feel very at home and I cannot recommend the pizza more! Perfect dough recipe. Comfortable sleeping and spacious for 7. Highly recommend ⭐️

We just stayed one night before taking the train back to Europe. The Annexe has got everything you need and is a lovely place with great attention to detail. All the furniture and equipment are brand new and the place is absolutely spotless. Also the fenced garden is perfect if you are traveling with a dog. We can therefore highly recommend the Annexe!

I recently stayed at this awesome wood cabin and had such a great time. The location is super peaceful, perfect for getting away from everything. The owners were really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin itself was cozy and had all the basics for a comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be booking again and highly recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay!

Just back from a stay at Nicola’s shepherds hut, it was just what we needed away from work life, it was so peaceful just listening to the birds singing and being able to forget your worries. The hut had everything we needed, the bed was cozy and we even went for a wild water swim which was a first for us and would recommend, thank you for a lovely stay ❤️

Tom’s cabin was absolutely excellent. Far exceeded any expectations. Spotlessly clean, spacious and everything we needed for a very comfortable 2 night stay. Teresa was there on arrival and departure - she was really friendly and relaxed. The perfect host and the perfect stay. Thank you.

Spent a very peaceful and relaxing couple of nights at The Clubhouse. Sally's attention to detail helped make this a brilliant place to stay if you're looking for a comfortable, peaceful base to explore the area, with a touch of luxury. The homemade brownies, fresh eggs and a few kitchen essentials (milk, bread, butter, tea coffee etc) meant I felt right at home from the get go, and although the warm weather meant I didn't make use of it, the wood burning stove would be sure to keep you cosy on a cooler evening. I wouldn't hesitate to return to The Clubhouse if I'm ever in the area again.

Absolutely loved my stay here came with some friends and we had the best time, was a perfect location very nice a peaceful perfect for a relaxing weekend! Inside is beautiful very clean and got everything you need was amazing! Very close to ashford outlet and Folkestone town which was perfect would definitely come back!

A really lovely little holiday home perfect for a family break. Everything you could need and more was available inside as well as lots of fun and facilities at the park. It was perfectly clean and in a great location that was quiet but close to everything. A wonderful time was had, would definitely stay again.

This is a truly special Airbnb that is very peaceful and well decorated. The indoor space is as beautiful as the woods outside. We had a few lovely dinners at the White Hart pub, which is in walking distance, and also recommend a nearby coffee shop/restaurant called Tyler's ground. Checking in and out was easy and Emma and Rowan were friendly with great information on the local area. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a quiet restorative trip.

Perfect - I had spent the whole day riding down to Brighton from London on the BHF charity ride so I really wanted somewhere relaxing and rejuvenating. Sonya's Cabin was ideal - my first impression was a beautiful sun-drenched garden with a comfortable terrace and the pristine and appealing Olive Cabin. After a great shower with plenty of hot water, three different shower options and soft towels I was able to relax in the very comfortable garden chair with a tea and recover a bit. There are plenty of cheap and easy takeaway places nearby but I ended up at the Sainsbury's local (5mins walk) filling the tote bag (provided by Sonya - great idea to avoid plastic wastage). Dinner on the terrace watching the sun go down. Excellent tea and coffee facilities and nice clean china/cutlery. Able to plan my route back to London sat on the Cabin's sofa using very quick Wifi . The bed was super comfy and clean . Area was very quiet and no disturbances what-so-ever. Just Perfect
