The house is part of a modernized farmhouse and very suitable for families. It can accommodate up to 8 adults & 2 children max. The 2 largest rooms have a private bathroom. The 2 smaller rooms share a bathroom. There is a large living room with pellet stove and large dining table. Outside you can sit on a sunny terrace. Forest and beach are within walking and biking distance. Close to Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague. Groups of friends only in consultation and up to 8 people , age from 35.

Apartment includes 2 floors of a 1930s house with roof terrace in the center of Hoek van Holland. Several supermarkets are in walking distance. Except for some chatting seagulls, the location of the house is quiet. Apartment is less than 10 min walking distance from metro station "Hoek van Holland Haven" and the "Stena Line" boat to England. From "Hoek van Holland Haven" you can take the metro to the beach (1 stop, 2 min). The beach is about 2.5 km from the apartment.

The beach is a 15 minutes away by car. Apart from the fact that it is a very nice, quiet place where you can retreat, there is also a space to organize lectures/workshops/ceremonies. Where the b&b can be used for the participants to stay overnight.
