The entire house has been recently renovated, preserving as many original details as possible.

The harbour, the beach and nice restaurants are close by. Tram nr 17 and 11 stop right around the corner and brings you to the city-center within several minutes. The beach is only a 14 minute walk away.

Er is een ruime slaapkamer (20m2) met een bankje om te bedenken wat je allemaal gaat ondernemen ;-) Een eigen badkamer (2m2), en modern toilet Vanaf de entree zijn er twee korte trappen.
