Our house is a lovely rural house situated in the heart of the village of Viverone with a wonderful view of the lake. It is perfect for a family or a couple looking to get away to relax. The shops in the village and the lake’s promenade are within walking distance and various swimming pools are within 5 minutes by car. The house was converted to be completely independent from an energy point of view in 2023 - solar system, heat pump, induction hob... EV charger at extra daily charge, if needed.
