Studette de petite taille mais super bien agencé. Quartier esplanade Rue Rome Palerme Idéal cour séjour. #PARKING OFFERT SUR PLACE # Situé près de toute les commodités et super proche du centre ville. Parlement européen, conseil de l'Europe, droit de l'homme, cité administrative sont super proche. Le quartier de la Krutenau ( bar, restaurant ...) Se trouve à 200 mètre. Enjoy a charming apartment in the heart of Obernai’s historic center, offering stunning views of the belfry, the tourist train, and the famous Christmas market! Located on the first floor of a traditional Alsatian house built in the 1500s and fully renovated, it combines old-world charm with modern comfort. Restaurants, shops, and all amenities are just steps away, and the tourist office is right next to the apartment. The Yonaguni Spa is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

It can accommodate 2–3 guests as the sofa converts to a single bed. New 160 × 200 bedding from 2024. Parking space (4.4 m maximum length) in the inner courtyard. Closed bike storage upon request. Strasbourg is 25 minutes by car or train. A train stop is located in front of Strasbourg airport.

Small 30 m² outbuilding, newly renovated at the bottom of the garden. You will be quiet in the 25 m² living room with a comfortable bed, in the fully equipped kitchen. There is a small independent bathroom. You will enjoy Wi-Fi and a TV with Netflix. Bus stop line 44 of the CTS that connects to Entzheim train station. Possibility to book a Flex'hop or rent a Vel'hop bike at Entzheim train station. 2 km by bike path from the cocoon.
