Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt auf einer Halbinsel in einzigartiger Lage - von der eienen Seite nur 100m vom Neuwarper See entfernt, von der anderen Seite nur etwa 80m vom Stettiner Haff. Perfekt für Erholung, Naturgenuss und enspannte Spaziergänge am Wasser. In unserer kleinen Stadt finden Sie zwei Bistros, eine Pizzeria und ein Café. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich nur etwa 500m von der Wohnung entfernt. Ca. eine Stunde fahrt von uns liegt die schöne Stadt Stettin.

The accommodation, quietly situated on a dune on the edge of the Szczecin Lagoon Nature Park, has a large property with its own private parking, sunny spots, terraces, small retreats and shady spots. The Bootsmannshaus has a very individual furnishing, which we brought from trips around the Baltic Sea. The private NORDICSPA, consisting of a Finnish sauna and a hot tub, lets you relax wonderfully. Just like in Finland, heat with wood.

We offer you a wooden year-round cottage (80m2) with three bedrooms located on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette connected to the dining room and living room, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a utility room. Outside, there is a terrace with a barbecue area. The house is located on a 3000m2 plot, where you can park your cars.
