Welcome to our cottage in Mönkebude – Mönke's Kate und Meer – on the Szczecin Lagoon of the Baltic Sea Our listed cottage by the sea is at your disposal for your relaxation. The cottage was built around 1850 as an extension for the former large barn house of a fishing family from Mönkebude and was used for living until around 1982. Today, our guests relax between the old half-timbered walls made of bricks, clay-plastered walls and under the beautiful thatched roof on about 80 square meters of living space.

Swan Suites – Seaside Garden No. 8

Discover this idyllic and beachside oasis nestled within the villa district in the western spa area. The spacious 35m² two-bedroom "SwanSuites" apartment offers not only the utmost comfort but also stylish luxury. This modern building was constructed in 2023 and boasts a vast rooftop terrace with a spectacular pool and sauna landscape, offering breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea. ATTENTION: The spa area with the swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi has seasonal availability (see below).

Vacation in a historic setting, close to the beach, sauna

The listed half-timbered house on the coast of Western Pomerania was inhabited by the local miller in 1830. It had many faces until a lover renovated it from 2001-2005. He attached great importance to the original materials in order to restore the original appearance. At the same time, he equipped the house with wall and floor heating, a sauna, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. In the "Müllerhaus," he combined historical ambience with modern living comfort. In the attic there are two apartments.

Take a break and unwind in a cozy atmosphere. The fishing port, the inland dune and a juniper forest are suitable for short walks. Two restaurants with fish specialties and a harbor bistro for mild summer evenings invite you to enjoy food and drink. The Pomeranian country market is just a few steps away and offers food for everyday needs. A ferry connection "Lütt Matten" takes pedestrians and cyclists to Neuwarp (Poland).

Welcome to the tranquil village of Wietstock. The vacation home is located in an elaborately renovated brick house on our spacious courtyard with old trees. It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Kick back and relax in this calm, beautiful environment. From the upper bedroom overlooking Lake Neuwarper, you can watch the deer in the reed bed at dusk. Enjoy the open living, dining room with kitchen and kitchen counter. The fireplace warms in the cold season. Or work on the beautiful old Biedermeier secretary. The terrace with natural stones invites you to linger. On the balcony you can enjoy breakfast at sunrise.

The studio apartment is located near the Park Zdrojowy park, which leads to the seaside promenade. Close to the boulevard on the Świna River and the ferry crossing. The city center with shops, cafes and restaurants is nearby. Guests have access to a kitchen with a microwave, fridge and stove. Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can use the underground parking for an additional fee.

The apartment is only 100 m from Lake Neuwarper. It has a fully equipped kitchen incl. Refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. On the ground floor is a comfortable king size bed and an extra sleeping option for one person on the mezzanine floor. Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment. In the enclosed yard there is a free parking lot.

We offer you a wooden year-round cottage (80 sq m) with three bedrooms located on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette connected to the dining room and living room, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a utility room. Outside, there is a terrace with a barbecue area. The house is located on a 3000 sqm plot, where you can park your cars.
