The house is situated on the site of an old 15th Century chateau and stud farm in more than 40 acres of beautiful countryside and lovely walks. Stunning en-suite bathroom and luxury kitchen. King sized bed with orthopedic mattress and Egyptian linens. All towels, including pool towels provided Sofa bed to provide for 2 additional guests.

Welcome to the place called "La Perellerie", in this old forge recently refurbished, with large openings to bring in the maximum amount of light. The place is an old farmhouse with several buildings, it is shared with the owners and other family members. But everyone has their own entrance. An intimate side with the terrace overlooking the fields and a short side reserved for other homes. Close to the Loire Valley Castles, Beauval Zoo, Futuroscope...

A mezzanine with 2 90 beds is also accessible by a pretty original miller ladder. Ideally located, close to everything!

In the heart of the fields, on the edge of the forest, this small green paradise, hosts an 18th century farmhouse, part of which is reserved for you to spend a few days disconnected. Charming duplex/ Ground floor: kitchen, living room (wood stove) and bathroom. A "tree" staircase will take you to the upstairs bedroom. Outside: terrace, lawn, barbecue and beautiful sunsets!
