Joanne (English) welcomes you to a little piece of heaven, with her cats, in an independent studio with pool access (in season), quiet, nestled among the olive trees, a 15-minute walk from the center of the village of Aups, in the Verdon Natural Park. Kitchen area: fridge, microwave, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and barbecue. Outdoor dining table under shelter. Parking. WiFi (not always very reliable). Close to Lake Sainte Croix and the magnificent Gorges du Verdon.

The accommodation is 800 m from the village where you will find all amenities (all shops, restaurants, Provencal market twice a week).

Apartment of 115 m2, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room, dining room, overlooking a large shaded terrace of 45 m2. A master suite with private bathroom and toilet and a second bedroom that can accommodate 4 people with a shower room and toilet. On the 7500 m2 property is our main residence and two other cottages as well as a swimming pool to share with 3 terraces that allow everyone to find their tranquility.

The house is ideally located 400 meters from this charming village where you can stroll through the alleys to discover its heritage. There are also various restaurants, cafes, bakeries (200 m), pharmacy, supermarket (1 km) You can also stroll every Wednesday and Saturday morning on its Provençal market.

The spacious, airy and cosy apartment has the largest roof-top terrace of Saint-Tropez, with a 360° view of the harbour and village. A home located in the heart of Saint-Tropez in one of the first fisherman buildings in the village. A home that is also sustainable - only powered by renewable energy.
