Newly built holiday home in beautiful, quiet and well-maintained urbanization in Polop. The urbanization has 4 swimming pools, each with children's pool, and a playground. Niet ver van Altea (10 min), Albir (15 min), Benidorm (15 min), Calpe (30 min), Moraira (40 min), Benissa (40 min), Javea en Denia (50 min). Altea with its beautiful church and cozy narrow streets in the old town. Nice view from the terrace to the sea and the mountains. All modern comforts are provided (TV, Internet, free Wi-Fi,...).

The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
