Old traditional Canarian summer house recently renovated and hidden in secluded fishermen village Bocacangrejo. Although away from touristic location easy reach to the North and South of the island. It is located right in front of the Atlantic Ocean, although you have to park and walk approximately 200 meters to the house including some steps. Nice friendly local neighborhood. New apartment 7 km from Santa Cruz , beach 100 meters away, minimalist design, 2 rooms for 4 adults, baby bed, high chair, garage space, hammocks , outdoor shower on the terrace and all this in one of the best areas on the island. A beautiful park in front of the apartment and La Nea beach next door. I speak English and everyone is welcome at my beach apartment, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and La Nea ´s beach at 100 meters away, very close to Santa cruz (5 minutes drive)

Air conditioning. The house is not suitable for people with disabilities or older, as it has internal communication stairs.
