The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

You will have your own outdoor seating area overlooking our peaceful, mature garden. Perfect on a summers day, your morning coffee listening to the birds sing. You would also have an off street parking space. You will have your own private entrance, double bed, kitchenette and shower room. The studio is attached to our home

An Cala, Benderloch

An Cala is a cosy cottage in a rural location in the village of Benderloch, within only 20 minutes' drive of Oban. There are sandy beaches within easy walking distance. The Fort William to Oban cycle path passes right outside the garden gate. The village has a convenience store and seasonal cafe, which are just 2 minutes' walk away. This is an ideal base for exploring the West coast of Argyll. Ferries run from Oban to various islands, and the mountains of Glencoe are 45 minutes to the North.

The Annex - 10 Minutes Walk From Tralee Beach

This cosy Annex is set in the grounds of the large garden of our house. It is located at the end of track in a peaceful and beautiful location. This great location is approximately a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Tralee Beach. The Annex has an open plan kitchen and living room space with all the essentials including a sofa, dining table, TV, and patio doors out to a private decking area. The bedroom has a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a compact bathroom featuring a shower.

Oban is the gateway to the isles where ferries can be taken to many island destinations.

The island is easily accessible by the nearby Calmac passenger ferry from Gallanach, near the mainland town of Oban.
