Lovingly furnished first floor apartment of a single-family house. Very spacious west-facing balcony for your own use. The entire floor is available to them alone. Quiet outskirts at the foot of the Benediktenwand. 500 meters to the monastery. Large supermarket with bakery and butcher in 100 meters distance. Five restaurants available in the village. Beautiful surroundings in the Fünf-Seen-Land, the region offers numerous cultural highlights such as Franz-Marc Museum, Buchheim Museum, etc.

Experience a wonderful holiday in our family-friendly accommodation. Enjoy the proximity to nature, or make interesting excursions. If you are lucky we are just baking bread/cake in the wood oven. You can also have fresh eggs from our chickens, buy apple juice from your own garden or your own smoked ham. Many leisure, sports and cultural institutions are easily accessible from us. My place is close to the city center and nature. You'll love my place because of the mountain views and green meadows. The place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have sufficient time for the measures.

You rent a fully furnished cottage with about 60 sqm of living space, which are divided into 2 floors: On the ground floor there are entrance area, kitchen, dining area and bathroom (toilet, shower).
