Small guest house in Constance | Seerhein
We rent a small guest house (approx. 40 sqm - 2 rooms) for 2 people in the back of our property in the industrial area. The guest house is deliberately kept simple, as this corresponds to our design concept. City, nature, gastronomy - all easily accessible. In 30 - 40 minutes you can walk to the city center of Constance, in a few minutes to the Seerhein, excursion destinations with good connections. 2 min. to the bus stop. The guest house is suitable for business travelers as well as holiday guests.

Idyllic lakeside
Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. It is also a great starting point for excursions to the beautiful surroundings and interesting destinations. Even in autumn and winter! It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here you can transfer to Meersburg by ferry - and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A beautiful long waterfront path or the free, direct bus (approx. 20 min.) leads to the old town.

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

A newly built, modern self-contained apartment located directly by the forest and yet close to the center. On 30 square meters, a bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed, a private modern bathroom with shower and a kitchen-living room await you. In it there is an additional sofa bed with a sleeping area of 1.10 x 1.86 m. You can enjoy the sun in your own front yard. For children, a slide and swing are available in the private garden area for shared use

Within walking distance you can reach all the sights, localities, cultural attractions, the Rhine and Lake Constance.

For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.
