Hier könnt Ihr mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Stadt führt Euch der schöne, lange Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 15 min.).

The newly furnished apartment "Ferienwohnung RosenRot am See" is centrally located in Constance, just a few minutes' walk from Lake Constance and the Rhine. The light-flooded apartment consists of a living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and egg boiler. The other rooms include a bedroom and a bathroom, accommodating 2 people. Additional amenities include a TV. On request, a fan will be provided on hot summer days.

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

Welcome directly to the lake. In our beautiful apartment, a vacation awaits you from the start. The apartment is very bright and friendly. You can reach the center of Konstanz in 15-20 minutes on foot along the lake shore. Free bus use, bus stop in 5-8 min. A linen towel fee/stay of €10 will be charged per guest 3 and 4. The Constance climate protection tax of 5.6% is added to the rental price. The apartment has a minimum rental period of 7 days.

The harbor and train station are within a few minutes' walk.

In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

Direkt an der Fußgängerzone aber im hinteren Teil des Hauses, verhältnismäßig ruhig gelegen, lädt die Wohnung im zweiten Obergeschoss gleichzeitig dazu ein, sich in gemütlicher Atmosphäre zurückzuziehen und zu entspannen.
