Pool house in central Borgholm

Pool house right next to the family house. The entrance to the pool house is from the shared terrace. Simple kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge and hot plate. Bathroom with underfloor heating. The pool house has AC. TV without channels with possibility to stream via Apple TV. Bed linen and towels are available in the pool house. We will do the cleaning after your visit. Central with only 200 meters to the pedestrian street. Lovely terrace that we share with pool, shower, barbecue, sun loungers and lounge furniture. Pool heated July/August.

Fresh and newly renovated cottage in idyllic island nook, a very quiet and child-friendly area 2.5 km from the beaches and entertainment in Köpingsvik, 7 km to Borgholm. The cottage is located along the old railway which is part of the island trail ( nice footpath and bike path ). Air conditioning at extra cost 50:- per day 1500 sqm plot with swings trampoline and soccer goal. Lovely terrace facing south, partly covered with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Gästhus på 35m3 och loft ca. Vart eget hus ligger bredvid. Huset är bara tillgänglig för två vuxen. Vi bor 10 km från Borgholm. Gästhuset ligger på 2,5 hektar privat skogsmark. Pris p/natt är incl. Bedlinnen och bad, kökshanddukar. Ankomst efter kl.15 avresa innan kl.10. Våra gäster få inte ta emot egna gäster. Det finns ingen elbilsladdning vid gästhuset. Närmaste laddplats hittar man i Köpingsvik (6km). Gästerna lämnar gästhuset ren efter sig.
