Charming apartment with the perfect location of Altea, on the fifth floor where you fall asleep listening to the waves. Fantastic terrace, two bedrooms...l The beach two steps from home. It is very comfortable, renovated and with high speed WIFI 600Mb. Free parkings on train station. Every year we do maintenance and continuous improvement, renewing or buying new equipment for the home. J We have details with guests such as coffee, water and local fruits, oranges in November and Nísperos in May.

Das 30 qm grosse 1-Raum-Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss des Chalet del Sol. Es ist ideal für Einzelpersonen oder Pärchen. Die maximal Belegung sind zwei Personen plus ein Kleinkind (Kinderbett vorhanden). Neben der gut ausgestatteten Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Bidet und einer Veranda mit Blick zum direkt davor gelegenen großen Pool (5 x 10m), gibt es auch Smart- und SAT-TV und ausreichend schnelles Internet. - Haustiere sind vor Buchung anzufragen. In den Sommermonaten sind keine Tiere erlaubt! -

Fantastic casita in L’Alfas del Pi. "Casita Me Gusta" is part of a spacious villa with a lovely pool, various terraces and a private parking. The casita is nicely furnished and everything is on the ground floor. On the private terrace of 60m2(!) with the whole day of sun, you can enjoy the unobstructed views. A walk through the fenced garden and you will reach the pool! :-) Perfect base for cyclists, hikers and motorcyclists. Quiet, space and close to everything.

Unwind or go on an adventure from this beautiful Tiny House in the middle of the Spanish campo.
