Set in the vineyards of the Haut Languedoc National Park, the medieval hamlet of Soumartre is an oasis of peace. Overlooking a beautiful wooded valley, this charming and characterful 17th century rural retreat has been renovated to provide a lovely holiday home. There's plenty of wild swimming in rivers and lakes, with the beach 30 mins away. Excellent dining and shops in nearby villages and towns. Explore the land of the Cathars, enjoy great walking and star-gazing under a clear night sky.

Located in the charming and peaceful village of Caux, in the heart of the Hérault department, come and enjoy and relax in this new house with all comforts! The accommodation consists of a large living room with open-plan kitchen and sofa bed (real bed x2 seats) a bedroom with double bed, a beautiful bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. Outside you will have access to the large swimming pool, which we also have access to, a beautiful terrace area... we look forward to hosting you!

Both properties are never rented at the same time.

Located in the 12th century tower of an old wine estate with a large maintained park with swimming pool. 15 minutes from the sea, this large 70 m2 fully air-conditioned studio is ideal for a family. Under the roofs and combining historic charm and modern comfort (kitchen equipped with dishwasher, ovens and washing machine), the studio includes a large double bed and a large mezzanine with 3 single beds. Access to the park and pool of the estate's guest rooms.
