A l'orée du Perche, ancienne maison du gardien indépendante d'un moulin sur l'Eure au calme d'une propriété de 4Ha, sans aucun voisin à part le propriétaire. Le bruit de la rivière, le chant des oiseaux, les vieux bâtiments, la barque, le potager, mes deux jeunes chiennes et les moutons sont là pour vous détendre le temps d'un moment au grand air. Très confortable pour 2 adultes, la maison peut accueillir jusqu’à 5 personnes grâce au lit simple supplémentaire et au convertible dans le salon.

Au cœur du Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, vous pourrez rayonner selon vos envies (gustatives, brocantes, randonnées, sport, spa…). The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.
