We had a very nice stay, the space is exactly like the pictures. Beautiful view, a good place to unwind.

Nice house to relax. The view is beautiful and the cottage cozy and comfortable. Bouwe has received us and explained everything. There was a breakfast ready for the next day and a bottle of wine. There were candles present so you could make it cozy in the evening. The fireplace is also very cozy! Bouwe's lovely cat also came to say hello

This cozy beautiful house definitely matches the pictures. We thought it was perfect for a few nice days away. We enjoyed all the peace and privacy. On arrival there were already some tasty things ready for breakfast. Top cared for!

Perfect little hideout to isolate for a couple of days from the busy everyday life. The big windows allow to stay in the warm but have a great view in the nature. Bouwe was a very responsive and helpful but also very much gave us privacy :)

The stay at Bouwe was extremely nice. The great and detailed Tiny House offers a perfect basis to completely switch off from the stress of everyday life. Bouwe is a super nice host who respects your privacy. The house is also clean and tidy as described and there was nothing missing. Even the breakfast was provided with cheese, ham and eggs. And by the evening the wine was already cold in the fridge. Thank you for a relaxing and self-reflecting time in an exceptionally calm environment.

Super practically located in the immediate vicinity of the "WSC de Brekken", so that a small market is within walking distance; Large supermarkets & the historic center can be reached within 10 minutes by bike or 5 minutes by car!

Super equipped house with a fantastic view on the terrace! The place Lemmer is a great old-fashioned city and has a romantic flair. The house is very spacious and the equipment offers luxury such as washing machine, dishwasher, modern oven etc. No matter what you needed, it was certainly in the house.

The accommodation was very clean and Evert was a great host. He always answered very quickly when questions came up.

Carla has designed a great studio apartment with flair and attention to detail. The studio is warm and quiet but centrally situated in Lemmer. Shops nearby as well as the beach. Immediately outside by the parking place is a canal with lots of interesting boats and a place to walk. Carla was extremely helpful and friendly. This was one of our best Airbnb stays.

We stayed with some luck because of a double booking in the 'mobile home', but that turned out to be more of a very luxurious house. Very nicely and tastefully furnished with all necessary amenities. You shower in a toilet block, but that gives this place a nice camping feeling, while still staying in a wonderfully sheltered house. The view is phenomenal. The breakfast, almost brought to bed every morning, is very extensive and cared for. Every time delicious to get! We have gained a lot of inspiration in this quiet place and will be back!

I was with my daughter (8, horse girl) on a family visit in Friesland and stayed 2 nights in the log cabin. What a wonderful place! We enjoyed. My daughter had a lot of fun with the sheep and the beautiful Friesian horses. In the morning we had breakfast on the bench in front of the hut and the sheep came curiously and the horses Troy and Stijn also stopped by, Yvanna stood neighing a bit further on. They are really sweet and easy. Nice to see how they are friends with each other. We have made a horse and carriage ride with Jannie, really an experience! The weather was beautiful, we drove around for an hour and a half. Beppe was there too, he loved it too. We went in the trot and even in the canter. My daughter was allowed to go and we in the back. I would have liked to stay another night, but my daughter got homesick for daddy. Jannie and Abel, we will probably come back again!

We made a request to book at very short notice and quite late in the evening. We weren’t that hopeful about an answer but within 10 minutes of our request, we were confirmed. If you like simple places with bags of character, with caring hospitality, plus animals on your doorstep, you’ll love the place. We had a wonderful stay. It was a hugely welcome break, in a peaceful location, after a long drive from Calais. We may be back in Friesland later in the year/early next year and would hope to revisit 😊

If you're looking for a quiet location in the beautiful Frisian landscape, this is the place to be! The hut is rather small but big enough for two. We enjoyed the rich breakfast and the great hospitality!

A small, lovingly furnished village overlooking the vast landscape and the farm animals. We and our 4 dogs were received very nice and felt comfortable. For the warmer / colder days, there are mobile air conditioners / heaters, so it quickly gets miserable. Only "minus point": the mattresses were too soft for me. Otherwise always happy!

A wonderfully quiet place for anyone looking for peace. So no TV and WiFi that you won't miss a second. Beautiful view over the meadow, where storks, buzzards and other birds fly in and out. Jannie and Abel are very hospitable and breakfast was a party every morning.

Accommodation was fully equipped, and wonderful beds. Everything was spotless. Great value for money. And a delicious breakfast with farm-fresh eggs. We received a warm welcome in this accommodation located in a quiet farmhouse, with many animals. The mobile home at our disposal was perfect for 3 people and we particularly appreciated the availability and kindness of our guests. Thanks again for the welcome, I recommend without hesitation!

For us a spontaneous action to just go away overnight, and it was delicious. Everything you need, and a fire pit for an enjoyable evening.

Airbnb booked for my parents, their experience: Rural location at the farm, near the horses and sheep. Nice cozy equipped for 2 people and great hearty breakfast and very friendly people. Bed was also good and very quiet area, and you could rent free bicycles. Dog note taking is also welcome, very pleasant experience.

Our stay at B & B De Echtna was great. It is a very nice log cabin which is furnished very cozy. The breakfast we had each morning was also quite tasty. In addition, our hosts were very nice and helped us when necessary. We have bike exploring the beautiful surroundings, which is highly recommended. It is pretty close Tjeukemeer also recommended.

Martijns and Linda’s place was one of the greatest Airbnb’s I’ve ever been in! It’s super clean and the beds are very comfortable, you feel like home right away. It’s lovely decorated with nice details. Communication isn’t a problem at all, they’re awesome hosts and I would definitely come here again!

It is as shown. It is a lovely, unique, quiet, comfortable and a clean place. I could only meet Martijn, but he was very friendly and quickly answered any questions.

We booked Martijn and Linda's small apartment for three days at very short notice. Everything went very smoothly! The apartment is really stylish. You have everything you need. From the coffee machine to kettle, a small selection of board games to the hair dryer. Since the weather of course did not really cooperate at the beginning of January, it was nice to find undisturbed peace in a cozy apartment. In addition, I can only recommend everyone to visit the town of Lemmer (about 20 minutes away). A tiny place with a harbor, nice shops and really good restaurants. If you are on vacation here, you should definitely pack hiking shoes to enjoy nature. We would like to come back, if we would rather in summer! Thank you, Linda & Martijn!

We have been received very hospitably at this beautiful location. The Airbnb is spacious, clean and fully equipped. It is a perfect base for a day at Thialf.

Very cozy furnished apartment; fully equipped and very clean. Nice and quiet location. Checking in yourself is very easy and Martijn & Linda are easy to reach and give good tips for trips if you ask. We have a nice walk in the beautiful nature reserve Weerribben and have been a day to Thialf (is a 20 minute drive).

If perfection exists in B&B, then it must be here. Beautiful room with all the amenities you need, quiet environment, immaculate, cozy and very tastefully decorated, wonderful bed, correct agreements, ... What more does a person want?

Very nice accommodation on the edge of the small village Echtenerbrug, located between two canals. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and received a small introduction. You can park right at the entrance of the small camping area. The communication in advance went smoothly and the answers from René were always very fast. The chalet is small and cozy and functional. Towels, sheets, cutlery and crockery, dish soap and even coffee and tea were available. A television was also available, but this has only Dutch programs. Next to the chalet there is a small shed, with barbecue, garden furniture, garden games and bicycles (we did not use), so everything was thought of here. We had a nice week in Echtenerbrug and would definitely book the chalet for another stay there again.

We had a very nice quiet and relaxing holiday :) the communication was great and we were very friendly received by René's mother. It is highly recommended to take the bikes with you! :)

Nice chalet in a great location, right on the canal and only 10-15 minutes away from Tjeukemeer. The accommodation has everything you need. It was wonderful days.

It is a small but cozy caravan with everything that you need for some relaxing days. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen as well as the huge amount of comfortable chairs and pillows to sit outside. The small village is lovely with a supermarked and a beach in the middle of nature. It gets really warm inside but that is no problem when you spend the sunny days outside. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom perfectly fine. We especially enjoyed the huge kitchen/living room desk to work and play cards on it. We would love to come back soon!

It was like "arriving home". We felt at home from the first minute. Thanks to the great decor, the nice neighbors, the beautiful surroundings ... Great !!! Thank you. We will gladly come again.

We were received very friendly, and the mobile home was in good condition, with all the trimmings. The only drawback (for those who need it) was the internet connection: Wi-Fi networks of the campsite are not really usable, and the 4g networks are very changeable. Furthermore, very nice place to relax / work / sleep, and the mobile home is well equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils etc. Thanks for a nice stay!

The accommodation was really great and especially once on the water and in the small town Echtenerbrug! Perfect for some relaxing days and starting point for nice bike rides. Plus point: in front of the campsite it is possible to rent small boats!

Really recommended! We arrived in a beautiful house where it was nice and warm, the music was playing and there were some goodies ready. The house is spotless, nicely furnished and fully equipped. Perfect for enjoying the peaceful and green surroundings or (like us) doing nothing at all. The look in the cowshed made our stay complete.

It is a beautiful house with everything you need. We have been there for a week for Christmas. A nice view and we enjoyed the peace and the floors were nice and warm. With all kinds of animals in the area. There were also a whole bunch of storks in the meadow that we looked at. And also had a tour in the cowshed. There were 230 cows and calves. We would like to come back again in the summer to walk in the nature reserves.

Clean caravan, hot water, gas stove, silverware pots pans ..exelent. Publick toilets are free (bring you toilet paper.) Publick shower and laudrymat-coins at reption or restaurant. Beach with option to hire kayaks and paddle boat. There was no tv but that was nice so we had a quiet time. Wifi is available against payment.

It is a very nice pippo car with exactly enough for 1 person. Everything is in it and with the heater it is warm in no time. The area is also beautiful. I recommend the place to anyone who wants a small mini-retreat with lots of peace, nature and space.

We had a few wonderful days in the cozy trailer. The environment is quiet and beautiful. Pure nature. Just right to relax. The location is good if you have a car. You can get to Lemmer or Guithorn quickly and easily. The yard on which the trailer is located is very beautiful. There are a few animals (horses, goats, chickens, rabbits etc.). Above all, we really enjoyed the view from the trailer. Thank you, we will gladly come back !!!

Very nice and super nice furnished house. Fully equipped. Attentive details such as coffee, spices, candlelight, games etc. present. A stone's throw from bakery, supermarket and cafes in cozy Joure. Perfect for a weekend away with a trip to Leeuwarden including a real holiday feeling!

What a super nice place right in the center of Joure. The cottage is very attractively furnished and fully equipped. You can cook for yourself but within 3 minutes you have all kinds of nice restaurants. Parking is also easy. If you want to stay in Joure, look no further and book this nice house.

Very nice location and complete house. Thanks to the fact that the link between AirBnB and BelVilla is not flawless, a number of costs were not clear in advance. However, the landlord has solved this extremely correctly and flexibly after arrival. Very friendly landlord, nicely clean and complete house. Highly recommended!

Everything fine

We were allowed to spend New Years Eve in Gekes accommodation and really enjoyed the time there! :) The apartment is in a quiet area, yet very close to the city center and the beach. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is very cozy and the underfloor heating is of course a dream! One should perhaps consider that the refrigerator is in the same room as the bed. We just turned it off at night. We would love to come back!

We spontaneously decided to travel to Lemmer and therefore only booked one day in advance. Everything worked as expected and communication with Geke was excellent. The apartment is in a great location for exploring Lemmer. Definitely worth a visit. Gladly again!

Geke offers a very neat and clean apartment with everything you need. In addition, underfloor heating ensures a pleasant stay on cold days.

Nice and comfortable flat next to the city and the harbour.

The accommodation has a great location and is recommended for anyone who wants to spend a few days in Lemmer. The hostess is very friendly and the apartment is well suited for self-catering and equipped. With the separate entrance, privacy is not an issue. Clearly! We would move back to this apartment.

We (2 persons and one dog) stayed here for 4 nights in August and it really calmed us down. The garden is SO beautiful, with a lot of fruit trees and the sunrise directly shines into your face in the morning :) Our dog had much fun eating the apples and chasing butterflies ;) We highly recommend this place for a little relaxing trip with or without dogs.

The Pipowagen and the surrounding area are perfect for relaxing days. It's all exactly as described. Second time we've been to Daniël's lovely little pipowagen 'Sien' and again it was just beautiful to kick back and relax. The nearby town Lemmer gave us two great days to just stroll around and enjoy the weather. Daniël is a lovely host with a kind heart. Aboslutely nothing to complain about.
