Seit Sommer 2023 ist auch unser Aussenbereich fertiggestellt. Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

You will love the loft because of the outdoor space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside.
