My place is great for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets TV, Wi-Fi fiber optic internet (300 Mbps), elevator, air conditioning. Please respect the house rules. No loud music or noises that could disturb the neighbors. Quiet hours must be observed from 11pm to 8 am.

It consists of a large kitchen, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, the other with a large double bed (180 X 190), a full bathroom with spacious shower, separate water, large living room overlooking the marina and Barcelona, kitchen dining room with table for 8/10 diners and a terrace where you can enjoy the sea breeze and the sun. It is a very quiet space that invites relaxation. No suitable for pets No Smoking allowed inside the home, (if on the terrace).
