Bienvenue dans notre charmante maison cosy, pratique, avec accès direct à la voie verte, à 2 pas du Val Joly (10 min en voiture ou 45 min en vélo), 1 minute du centre-ville, pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes, avec une chambre, un palier, un canapé-lit, une salle de bain, une cuisine équipée, le wifi et un petit extérieur. Un véritable havre de paix pour les amateurs de nature avec stationnement sécurisé sur place. Les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés. Frais de ménage compris.

Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.
