NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

In unserer liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung trifft Bayerischer Charme auf Brasilianische Gastfreundschaft! Von uns aus geht es direkt los aufs Rad, Berg, Seen, zum Bäcker oder Biergarten, Skigebiete, Langlaufloipe, Pferde, Wandern… Ansonsten die Seele baumeln lassen auf der Terrasse oder Garten in „guter Begleitung“ aus der Coffee & Wine Bar. Wohlfühlen liegt uns am Herzen!

Fischbachau bietet neben wunderschönen Wandermöglichkeiten ein Warmfreibad, Tennisplätze und Minigolfanlage sowie die Wallfahrtskapelle Birkenstein. Das berühmte Café Winklstüberl ist zu Fuß in ca. 30 Minuten über den Panorama-Wanderweg erreichbar. Schliersee und Spitzingsee sind nur einige Autominuten entfernt.

Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without transit traffic. It is only about 4km to the next motorway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8). From here you can go hiking and biking straight away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool is 5 minutes' walk away

Apartment in the basement with a dream bathroom

Hiking, cycling, skiing, 10 minutes to Schliersee. Ski bus stop 5 min away. The apartment is locked and offers max. 4 persons. It is ideal for persons 2 with baby or infant. In the kitchen-living room there is a large comfy sofa bed. This is going pretty well for a night or two. Only the hallway in the entrance area is there for everyone. Parking space available. Fischbachau train station is 500 m away. Garden can be used. Max 2 dogs allowed! No cats please!

The closed apartment has a separate bedroom for 2 people with a solid wood bed 160x200cm made of oiled oak one of the best mattresses that Stiftung Warentest has ever tested! To get in the mood for our area, there is a regional beer in the fridge for every adult. No cooking oil available. Garden furniture is available in the courtyard.
