Now our guest house with sauna is ready for those of you who want to rent a cozy cottage with 6 beds, wonderful view of the lake and Järvsös ski slopes. Bathing jetty with free access to rowboat May-Sept. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you go to the slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3 (electric car charging is available). The lake is tracked under the correct weather conditions, so if you want to go long, it is possible. The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 1 bathroom and fireplace and is our little paradise!

Two balconies with double seating areas, both upstairs and with lake view. (New outdoor space July 2023) There are several ski tracks, ice skating lakes nearby if weather allows. Kungsberget and Högbo ski resorts, only 35min away (34km) 12km to central Ockebo with shops, restaurants, cafe and beautiful Wij gardens.

We live in the main house and are available if you have any questions. Guests have access to the cottage as well as a barbecue area in the garden. Guests can make use of all parking, Wifi, AC and cleaning is provided. Bed linen & towels can be rented for 50 SEK/person Travel cot for childrenand high chair can be borrowed. Less height and a lowerable desk can be borrowed. Tell me before.

The house has a wooden deck of about 110 cm that stretches around the house. Two gas grills are available. Large attached parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the site. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Unfortunately no access to the water from our plot.

About 20 minutes from Hudiksvall, car road to the house corner. Who needs all the amenities when you have lighting via solar cells, heating via the fireplace, and cooking is done directly on the gas stove or outdoors.
