Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location of the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" convinces also with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

Sie erwartet ein grandioser Ausblick in das wunderschöne Sellraintal. Das Apartment liegt zentral im Dorfzentrum und ist nur wenige Autominuten vom Skiort Kühtai entfernt, zudem ist eine direkte Busverbindung nach Kühtai vorhanden (1 Gehminute von der Unterkunft, gratis Busverbindung ab 2 Nächten). Die Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zum Apartment ist ebenfalls problemlos von Innsbruck aus möglich. Zudem liegt das Apartment inmitten eines beliebten Wander/Skitourengebietes.

This unique place has a style all its own. The modern, ground-level apartment equipped with all comforts is located in the southwest wing in a detached house in the country house style. There is comfortable space for 4 guests in a double bed and on a double sofa bed. The terrace with garden area invites you to sunbathe, chill and barbecue at any time. Our guests enjoy pure nature right on the Jakobsweg with wonderful cultural landscape, huge forest area and great mountain panorama.

Spend cozy relaxing days in my centrally located home. The small but nice apartment is located on the ground floor of our family house with private bathroom and house entrance. Whether skiing, hiking or sightseeing, everything is possible. Ski lift or summer lift is about 20 minutes on foot. Also a visit to Innsbruck, which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, nothing stands in the way. Supermarket and restaurant are about a 10-minute walk away.

Located on the basement, Apartment is a great base for a holiday in the mountains – in a central location, yet quiet surroundings. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network at the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m in size and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

Sellrainer Dachstubn

My grandparents built and operated this house as a small guesthouse. Where there were once separate guest rooms, there is now a newly renovated, light-flooded 100 sqm 3-room attic apartment with mountain views, in which I now live. However, since I am on the road a lot myself, I have decided to continue the tradition of the house and occasionally welcome guests. Maybe you soon?
