Helen is a wonderful host. Communication is very smooth and the apartment is in every detail in order. Flexibility at check in and check out is absolutely top!

Our stay in Herent / Leuven in Heleen was very nice. . Key collection and communication via SMS / e-mail went smoothly u.der enclosed plan simplified arriving addition. Your apartment is clean u. Chipotle, we have the same felt comfortable. Liked the large balcony gave us u. The elevator access to the parking garage. The prospect of the station Herent is used to (f. 3 eggs!) But guarantees a good connection to everywhere.

Heleen is very smiling and welcoming, it immediately puts confidence. We were comfortable. The area is very quiet and secure. Heleen thank you !!!

Jessica is a great host! My girlfriend and me stayed for one night in her house in beautiful Leuven. We enjoyed our stay very much! Jessa is a very friendly host who helped us a long with her insider knowledge. Her historic mansion is just overwhelming! We can strongly can recommend a trip to Leuven and staying at Jessica's place!!

Jessa is a really good host. The room is exactlly what the picture shows. And the house is in the centre of Leuven, convenient for both tourists and students. Anyway, Leuven is a small place:) The most important thing, the cats are great!!! Especially Yuri!!! Kikki is graceful but a little bit shy. But Yuri is always so curious and lovely! We stayed for more than one week and took hundreds of photos of the two cats. So if you are a cat lover, come here and you won't regret.

Jessa was a good host, very communicable and easy to make plans with. The rooms were more or less as described, though we found the bedroom pretty noisy--it's on the ground floor and there's a busy street right outside. The location is good and within walking distance of everything.

Jessa made us very welcome at her wonderful home. Unfortunately the room we wanted, wasn't available but we got a nice room instead! Very good price for a characterisic place near the center of Leuven! Deels like home with the two adorable cats. If you book a room at Jessa's you won't regret. Enjoy!

Jessa, although it did not personally met as on the road, was very nice and explained in detail how to get to the house from the airport Charleroi, looking for me the schedules of the various means. I was greeted by Felix who kindly gave me a map and answered all my questions. The house is lovely and clean. Cats are wonderful and very friendly! Absolutely recommended!

nice apartment at city center. it is a old buliding but with very nice decoration. My son loves to stay with the cat. Jessa is nice host.

Nice traditional old house, with different rooms organized onto 2 floors. Big cozy living room, with sofas and cats at the windows:) I advice Jessa's house to anyone that wants to explore Leuven and experience the living into one of his characteristic buildings.

Jessa and Felix are very welcoming and warm people. I come about very week for my studies and i truly feel at home. Its a cosy warm house, with a lot of character. I like all the rooms with a different feeling to it. over all the house is very tastefully decorated. Jessa respons quickly and is always open to think with you about time of check in and out. Location is perfect for me. Close to the main square and all the sightseeing locations and my different classes. I love riding my bike through leuven. Over all a most definaly yes!

Host was responsive to all of my messages. Thank you! This is not a private place. Although the room is private and has all you really need, it is a room, with all the other residents sharing kitchen and bathing areas. However listing this as 'entire home' is a little misleading. Other reviews give a good feel for the condition of the room. Of and for then most part, it is a great location and the price is right. It's a good place to crash. The room smells of smoke, there is no breakfast as listed in features, the condition, cleanliness of the kitchen and common areas left a lot to be desired. Also if I had wanted access to the kitchen or dishes they were not clean or available. The bed is not comfortable. All this said, the room meet my needs and the location was perfect.

Paul is a wonderful and broad minded gentleman! He kindly cared about me, so I felt very comfortable. The room was clean and quite. His house seems a little far away from the city centre. But in fact only 15-20 mins bus trip brought me there. The bus is quite frequent except weekends.

We had a nice time at Paul's b&b. The house is located very well. It is in a very quiet neighberhood while still being very close to the city. Public transport connection is very good. A bus station is in front of the house and the bus brings you within 15min to Leuven. The train station is only a 8min walk a way. Moreover, the rooms are exactly as described and pictured on airbnb. We had the room in the studio and it was very confortable. Paul and his wife were also very nice and hospitable. They did everything they could to make us feel like we were at home.

Nice to be able to arrive late at night while Paul wasn't even home. Thanks for this flexibility. The location was perfect for us with friends in Herent and the citycenter of Leuven close by. The room is spacious and mostly clean. Unfortunately the level of maintenance is below average. Loose tiles, lamps with exposed wires and a patchwork toiletroom on 1st floor. You could do better there! But all in all it's a good deal (moneywise) and a friendly host in a beautiful location.

Paul and Yvet are very hospitable and fair persons. Room is cozy and enought big for 2 persons. I found the room clean and comfortable. Neighbourhood is really quiet and safe. The bus stop is literally infront of the house. I found this bnb appropriate for long stay as much as for short stay.

We could not use whole house and no personal toilet. But he offer us more options even without extra payment. We had cosy two rooms. And he had taken care of us before we got to the city. Thanks Paul!

A newly renovated autonomous flat that does the business for a short stay in Leuven. Naseer, though not in town, was helpful with everything

This brand-new (ikea) apartment is suggested for the ones who wish to discover the city and spend as much time as possible outside. The price is cheap and Naseer is very communicative and tries t make your stay as much comfortable as possible. Having said that, in terms of price performance, the apartment is quite interesting, if considering Leuven's airbnb cost average; but if considering the apartment's quality and its location, then honestly the price is just fear – not that cheap, not that interesting. As for the apartment itself, it still not well finished despite of its brand-new furniture. Some details are missing (defective door handle, bathroom door broken, no breakfast at all, fridge completely empty which could be a little disappointing for a BnB....). This may be due to the fact that nobody has been living in there (soulless apartment). Other reasons may be due to the fact that I have apparently been one of the first guests to be received. Furthermore, the ground floor where the apartment is situated and the proximity of the bedroom to the main building stair do not contribute to making sleep night quite (not to mention the building itself which does not seem to be the cleanest in Leuven). So, if you need to get a foothold on Leuven, the Naseer's apartment is fine; if you are looking for a love nest, then go somewhere else.

I came to this place to study for my exams and it was very nice. Clean and big for a fair price. Naseer is friendly and responds quick to messages. Remember, there is no WiFi but there are Telenet and Proximus hotspots that you can use if you're a customer of one of these companies.

Naseer's apartment was well furnished and very fonctional, it was perfect for our two days in Louvain. The area is very calm. I definitely recommend it.

Duncan's apartment was very nice and clean! Everything was in tip-top orders.

We are so glad we discovered Duncan's place, it is in a very convenient location, my daughter is studying at KU Leuven and his apartment is very centrally located and very clean, everything is new and updated. We had a great stay here.

It's a lovely place. Clean, spacious and smells good too. Duncan is not cheap. He gave you Yves-Rocher shower gel and shampoo which smells really good. His instructions are clear when you want to check-in. It's easily located if you follow his instructions. The place is right in front of a bus stop (Zeelstraat), and around 15 minutes walk to the train station (Leuven). There are many attractions in Leuven itself, not to mention Brussels. The place is also surrounded with A LOT OF SHOPS. You name it, everything is there. It also comes with a kitchen where you can cook. It's a great experience and will never think twice to book again. We had a lovely weekend in Leuven! This, thanks to the great apartment Duncan. The apartment is new, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean! It has a lovely bed without borders where tall people can sleep fine. Duncan himself was not present upon our arrival. But with the advance that was sent super clear instructions on use parking and access to the apartment, our entrance was a piece of cake. The apartment is very centrally located. You walk straight forward to the atmosphere of the city. It is a college town, so there hear some more commotion late at night on the streets with. We just found this very nice. The city is alive! We love to come back again!

Great place in the heart of the old city center! Nice room and bathroom with everything you need, including fresh fruit, mineral water and maps/info about the city :) The appartment is just around the corner of the lively Naamsestraat. And do not forget to follow the appartment's street (Standonckstraat) to the Hogeschoolplein and have a drink at terrace 'De Werf'! Checking in was easy using the key box at the front door. For light sleepers: there is quite some noise at night, since the main street with lots of cafes (Naamsestraat) is just around the corner.

My friend and I stayed 2 nights in the Duncan residence. The room and bathroom were very nice and clean. The kitchen next to us was only used by us and was stocked with some basic things and extras such as homemade granola, coffee, beer and drinks packs! The property is centrally located opposite a cozy Italian restaurant that is always full. We unfortunately were not received by someone on arrival or departure, further communication with Duncan ran well! The front door and room are not in lock but must themselves be turned with a wrench. You get a key, so if one of the two as the door is locked, the other in the room or anyone can walk in, keep this in mind. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back again!

Good location. Unfortunateley people were smoking in the kitchen and the shower was not clean. Everything else was fine. Good communication with Fethi.

Communication with Fethi was very good. It was easy to check in early and he is very kind. The room was very clean. The apartment is well-located. Even though you share a bathroom and shower with the other unit, we never saw anyone else. It was a great place to stay and Leuven is a fantastic city with friendly people.

The room was cozy and perfet for two nights in Leuven. We really enjoyed our stay here. Fethi was also great in quickly responding to our request for a hair dryer. Thanks Fethi, all the best.

Prima simple place

Me and my 6 year old had a pleasant stay at Fethi's! Fethi was quick in responses and appointments were easily made. The room was comfortable and light. There were blinds in the room for darkness during sleep. It was no bother to share shower and toilet with the other permanent residents, they were very friendly. So, I would certainly come again when in Leuven. Thank you Fethi!

Staying in Leuven with Fehti was one of our best experiences. I would not only recommend it to my friends, but if I would come back to Leuven I would stay here again. Fehti is polite, communicable, generous, open person. His apartment is very clean and cosy. He doesn't live there, we didn't even see our neighbors. Apartment is located in the heart of old city. Highly recommended!

Fethi was really polite and communicated very clearly, I came in late but this was not a problem for him. The room is exactly as described and showed on the pictures. Unfortunately the room is located next to the stairs/entrance. Therefor it was quite noisy when other people came into the house. There was a lot of light from outside coming into the room, so it is necessary to bring a sleep mask.

Good value for money! Fethi and was very welcoming and very responsive to messages.

This was one of the best rentals I've ever had. The home and the unit is beautiful, with gorgeous fixtures and appliances throughout. In addition, the art in the home is lovely. Moreover, it is perfectly located a few minutes walk from the Oude Markt. I hope to stay here again on my next trip to Leuven.

We stayed at Sare's B&B for a relaxing weekend in Leuven. What an impressive building and what a service! Sare was very friendly and helpful and we could explore Leuven by foot from the B&B. Definatly recommended!
