As a journalist, I had to be Tom Dumoulin's birthday in Maastricht on Wednesday evening and the next day at another event in Sittard. Cees was a nice host and his apartment was an ideal place to quietly work out my pieces.

This is a nice b and b quiet nice view nice terrace with nice details. The layout is amazing how he did not do much with much space. Great we had a great time.

We had a great stay. The apartment is small as described, but everything is in it. The view is beautiful and it is a very quiet area.

We were there when it was very hot. That was very nice on the private terrace with beautiful views, overcap and even barbecue. Inside it was cool because the apartment was in the basement of the house. As a result, the ceiling was low, which was no longer a problem for us (1m85) but if you are longer you might disturb your head. The apartment is small but cleverly arranged so you have everything at your disposal. Cees is a nice host who can give you tips on the surroundings and show you the peace of mind, but you will also be happy to go ahead.

Very welcoming and cared for in every detail. The combination of hospitality, the beautiful location, great modern decor and facilities were both the arrival and stay a great experience. Good base for day trips to Valkenburg, Maastricht, Gulpen, walks around climbing.

The apartment is bigger than we thought from the pictures, it is very clean and new, with everything that is needed. It was nice to enjoy the terrace! Riet and André are very welcoming, it was easy to communicate and plan the arrival. The breakfast and welcome treats were great, thank you very much for the delicious vlaai! We had a great time visiting the Geul and Gulp valleys and hills. Highly recommended! Het appartement is groter dan we dachten uit de foto's, het is erg schoon en nieuw, met alles wat nodig is. Het was leuk om te genieten van het terras! Riet en André zijn zeer gastvrij, het was makkelijk om te communiceren en de aankomst te plannen. Het ontbijt en welkomstdrankjes waren geweldig, heel erg bedankt voor de heerlijke vlaai! We hadden een geweldige tijd aan de Geul en Gulp valleien en heuvels. Van harte aanbevolen!

A beautiful apartment with all the home comforts you could need. A wonderful location, peaceful and quiet but only a pleasant 15 minute walk to the train into Maastricht. The breakfast supplied was amazing and plenty enough for several days and the little chocolates were delicious! Reit was a lovely host and I would highly recommend staying here. If I wasn't moving to the area permanently I would definitely be back!

The apartment in Climbing is a fantastic place, cozy, bright, spacious, beautiful view on the Limburg landscape and centrally located from there to explore the area. We were spoiled with an extensive breakfast for the next day (s) and delicious Limburg pie. Reed is a friendly and helpful hostess. We highly recommend this beautiful place therefore highly.

Niels place is very next to Valkenburg, it just takes 5 minutes by train. His house has a big garden and terrace, so that we had breakfast in the morning sun with offered dutch ontbijtkoek. Warm and friendly welcome from him and his family so that we feld on the spot comfortable. Thank you very much!

The studio in the heart of Valkenburg is a huge powder room where everything at hand is what you need. The receipt by Myrtle was also huge and warm welcome! Can really recommend it to anyone!

If you're planning on staying in Limburg, try and reserve this studio. It was better arranged than an average hotel. The bed, the bathroom, the cave. It was all very good. Besides that, Mirte is very helpful and the studio is right in the heart of Valkenburg. Big fat recommendation!

We were greeted nicely and evenly gotten some information about Valkenburg. Furthermore, it was to visit a beautiful location and a good base for cycling and Valkenburg. Definitely recommended because 3 bikes fit in the hallway at night.

A very comfortable studio on a brilliant place. We are taking two days around valkenburg been to cycling. Due to the good location, we were immediately after cycling relaxing in a restaurant or pub. Perfect.

Mirte was spot on. Lovely place, magic location, perfect reception. The tidy little apartment is right in the middle of where you want to be. Clean tidy and sparse but tons of attention to detail, guest in formation and treats! If you are going to Valkenburg this is the place to stay.

French is a nice and very hospitable, very team player in our schedule (arrival / departure) The apartment is beautifully situated approx 5 min walk from supermarket and bakery and 15 minutes from downtown. Inside the apartment is fully equipped and very nicely decorated. The garden at the rear gives a wonderful view to wake up to eat your fresh bread.

We have the three of us spent two nights in French, we had a lovely breakfast in the large backyard and evening drank some wine. Walking to the center of Valkenburg was a small effort, 10-15 minute walk quietly. Another advantage of the apartment, the weekend we were there there was a heat wave in the Netherlands. However, it was nice and cool in the apartment.

Just the sort of accommodation we needed for a short stay while visiting Maastricht. Easy to walk to supermarket, a bit further for the main shopping district in Valkenburg. Lovely little garden and terrace too. Frans very welcoming too. Recommended.

We had a fanatical time. The property exactly matches the description. The beds were lovely. The apartment was in a 10-minute walk from the center. French was a fine host.

A basic accommodation above a bakery / shop centrally located within 200 meters of the center of Valkenburg. It was well clean and could use an adjacent large yoga room with a nice seat and possibility to make coffee / tea, super. The owners were extremely friendly, flexible and attentive and the breakfast is absolutely delicious with bread (jes) straight from the bakery. In short, a very nice experience and you really get value for money.

Na een dagje thermae met mijn moeder werden we in de avond vriendelijk ontvangen door Edo de bakker ;-) Brigitte en een vrolijke kleine man. Een hele familiebusiness zo. Prima kamer met weinig faciliteiten maar wel ruimte waar je nog even een kopje thee kunt drinken (de yogakamer tegenover de slaapkamer). En na een dag ontspannen heb je ook geen tv of internet nodig om dat voort te zetten. S' ochtens wakker worden met de verse broodlucht en een ontbijt wat je beter kan omschrijven als een goede brunch! Genoeg heerlijkheden en naast de broodwaren van de bakker zelf, streekproducten voor erop en fruit voor erbij! Heerlijk! Laat je verwennen en geniet op deze heerlijke/rustige plek vanwaar je zo naar de roerige en drukke straatjes van Valkenburg loopt. En vergeet niet wat lekkers mee te nemen naar huis uit de winkel!

Een ontvangst in deze airbnb is warm en hartelijk. Lieve mensen, een mooie locatie en een bijzonder uitgebreid en vers ontbijt met streekproducten. De kamer is basic, maar wij hebben geen zaken gemist. Heerlijk genoten en tot rust gekomen tijdens ons tweedaagse verblijf. Een aanrader!

De tijd nemen, rust en genieten! Zo hebben we ons verblijf bij Brigitte en Edo ervaren. Het gastenverblijf, in hun vlaaienbakkerij, is de hele eerste verdieping. De slaapkamer met badkamer is compact en eenvoudig (geen tv, geen wifi). De yogastudio wordt gebruikt als zit/leeskamer waar je de tijd en ruimte kan nemen en zelf thee kan zetten. De begane grond is hun bakkerij en brasserie: elke dag vers speltbrood, producten uit de streek en lekkere vlaaien! Wij kunnen daar echt van genieten. Locatie is perfect, naast het centrum, (betaald)parkeerterrein en onder de Fluweelengrot. Brigitte en Edo zijn gastvrij en delen graag hun levenswijze om gezond, lekker en met plezier te leven. Hoe druk ze het ook hebben, ze zullen niet zich haasten.

The house of Cariene is in a beautiful location. Easy to drive, close to the station and within walking distance of Valkenburg. The car (we were with 3 cars) allows you to park well. The house has some overdue maintenance and the apartment is somewhat outdated. However, the apartment is clean and the beds are good. The price / quality ratio is good. Are you looking for a good and beautiful location near Valkenburg and a super friendly host and you do not need luxury? Then it's a very nice place. We enjoyed our stay.

My BF and I had a one-day trip to Valkenburg where we visited the Midsummer Prog Festival. Cariene's place was great for us since we could reach the venue in 15 minutes by feet. Cariene was a great host, the communication was good, the check-in without any troubles, the place was comfy and clean wirh the vest view of fields and forests. Such a beautiful place! Next time I'm visiting Valkenburg I'll totally stay longer than one night.

We had the attic floor, it's an old house. It smelled a bit muffy, we expected something more luxurious. The train connection to Maastricht is good. You are so in Valkenburg, great hike and delicious eateries.

The apartment is in one word amazing. Cozy, cozy, very modern and extremely comfortable. We have booked a weekend rest and a pleasant stay during the birthday of my friend. The kitchen boodt all options to make a nice birthday breakfast, and unlike some other stay here even thought of fine pots, glasses, etc. The breakfast plates which Jacqueline makes itself are wonderful, I have bought some. Bedroom is over the top nice (I would do anything to take home), and the bathroom wonderfully luxurious, what a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Great place for a visit to south Limburg, we visited both Valkenburg and Maastricht which are a short drive away. The house was very clean and was very well equipped, including a nice selection of food for breakfast! Located in a quiet area which is great to rest after a touristy day!

The 'bed at Jetje' is a furnished house, all the comforts for you. We enjoyed the extensive breakfast with fresh breads and croissants. The cottage is partly on the street, partly in a beautiful garden. Quite surprising to the main gate to walk through and see that there are so many beautiful nature lies behind the farm. We have once again greatly enjoyed the Limburg land!

The B&B of Rob and Maud was superb! They were on vacation, so we were welcomed by their parents, who were the kindest to us! The cottage itself was really comfortable and had nice touches regarding design. Every morning we woke up there was a bag at our door with freshly baked bread and croissants. Next to that the fridge was filles with yummy stuff for breakfast. As we were in Beek for a family weekend we brought our own bikes and enjoyed the surroundings of the B&B on our bike. Overall it was a great experience and we really would like to thank the parents and Rob en Maud for this great experience! Warm greetings Bart & Semora

The photos are displayed in the house at the moment are all about with the way it is. Comfortable room, very spacious and nice bathroom. The bed has a very hard mattress, so keep that in mind. This is one bedroom and one bathroom in a very nice house with nice views and peaceful surroundings. A very sweet young couple you receive. Refrigeration facilities, TVs are not present and the door of the room can not lock, but we booked this also for rest and relaxing. By car center Valkenburg, Maastricht and example. Thermae 2000 also reached quickly. Good value. Recommended.

We've talked here super fine! It was unfortunately only for one night, but we would definitely come back. Beautiful house with stylish, cozy interior. Especially the bathroom was super deluxe! Large yard with great views, as seen in the pictures and many hiking possibilities in the neighborhood. Nice quiet area surrounded by nature. Gleen has provided us with a nice cup top and you feel at home. In a word, delicious!

A beautiful house with beautiful terraced garden, a beautiful location relative relaxed break 10 minutes from Valkenburg and 25 min from the center of Maastricht. Also a beautiful natural area for walkers. We ourselves had a very nice contact with the owner who also here between how early it still liked and gave some great tips, short Super !!!

Chantal is een erg goede gastvrouw. De communicatie verloopt super vlot en je bent echt welkom in haar huis. Ze verwelkomde ons met de glimlach en een lekker wijntje en chocolade. Het huis is erg netjes, erg ruim en modern, met een mooie tuin. Je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt om een goede vakantie te hebben. Het huis is centraal gelegen om vele leuke uitstapjes te doen in de omgeving. Zeker een aanrader!

Everithing perfect!!! Marina and her family are wonderful people. When I first contact her for booking, I already asked if it could possible check-in later and she was very kind and said me that there'n problem at all. When I was to the airport, my flight has got too more hours late, so I arrived to her house very late, nearly 24:00 o'clock and they still keep on beeing very nice. Her husband, even bring me two beers!!! The house is very nice and clean...The next morning I have to leave very early and I was sorry to stay there so short time. Super!!!

Gerda and Martien gave us a warm and personal welcome (with cake!) in their beautiful home. They were keen to get to know us and we had a very pleasant conversation. The room we stayed in was very well kitted out with all you would expect at a 3 star hotel: towels, minibar, very nicely made beds, a lovely bathroom. In the morning Gerda made us a great, hearty and wholesome breakfast - eggs and bacon, pancakes, bread and rolls, the list goes on. All in all we had a great time and will try to be back next year!

We recently spent 1 night at Guesthouse Sawadee. We were received very well! Especially with cake for my birthday. A very warm welcome. Martien and Gerda are very hospitable! The rooms are very tidy, clean and equipped. And also the breakfast was excellently taken care of and delicious. Overall, I can definitely recommend staying at Martien and Gerda!

Apartment is in a very quiet area (fine for sleep). Very spacious simply furnished Supermarket, atm and some restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance Shower is very low Owners themselves were not there, but contact was quite good and everything went without saying.

Great place for a few nights, safe and quiet neighbourhood, the room was clean and cozy. Price is great for a budget stay and value. Host was really nice eventhough i was late for checkout. Thank you, i had a good stay!

Es un espacio muy reducido. Pero para pasar una o dos noches está aceptable. Había un olor desagradable pero se debe a que hay animales en casa. Por lo demás bien.

Heel fijne locatie - loopafstand van station, naast de natuur, in rustige wijk. Zeer gastvrij ontvangen.
