Sit underneath the two enormous Japanese maples that extend over the side of the around porch. Regardless of where you look, you will be immersed in the beauty of the country. Situated on 2 acres outside of Davidson city limits, every feature of this cozy home was thoughtfully curated to create lasting memories.

Huntersville Haven

There is so much to love about our little blue house like the private and serene backyard; the park located just up the street; and the passthrough breakfast bar where you can enjoy your friends/family while preparing a meal to eat at the expandable kitchen table. Enjoy the coffee station with local coffee and espresso, cozy up on the couch with a good book, or get your group together for some fun with one of our many board games! Close to everything, yet a peaceful place for a mini getaway.

Cornelius Condo, centrally located.

This 2 bed/ 2 bath, ground floor condo is located in a lovely neighborhood north of Charlotte and is just 5 min. from Lake Norman. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that opens up to a spacious living/dining space perfect for relaxing and enjoying a nice meal. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and master bath w/ walk-in shower & dual vanity. The 2nd bedroom is spacious, and the 2nd bath has a shower/tub combo. One pet up tp 25lbs is allowed with $75 pet fee. Internet and TV are available.

Our studio guest house iis located in Villa Heights, between Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, where good food, breweries, and music abound .*This is a studio, so no private bdrm. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. There is Roku TV.
