Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighbouring Leuth form a state-recognised resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. In lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities, the landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired. Supermarket and bakery are in walking distance. Highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our family home is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have welcomed our guests with pleasure, who include everyone from the family with children, to nature lovers and assembly workers, who are drawn to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Lovely Tiny House with Garden and Terrace

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with its own garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you enter the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine backyard cottage. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams have been exposed and oiled. The floor in the bathroom has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old work bench ourselves.

Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and built with natural building materials. An outdoor area for morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine is waiting for you. Barbecue can also be done here. Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

Extremely cozy apartment in the middle of nature

Our apartment is surrounded by greenery and has a separate entrance with a large forecourt. The bike route leads directly past the very quiet street. The apartment is very friendly and cozy equipped, you have a beautiful view of nature. Parking spaces are available directly on the property. In the immediate vicinity there are riding stables, small forests and lots of agriculture.
