Our Cottage does not share any space with others. It is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains and town. Only 3 miles to Old Town and 1 mile to the foothills. The location is quiet and peaceful with a country feel yet close to the many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Full size washer and dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage.

Just a few steps down to the garden level to a separate, private (locked) space with plenty of natural light and convenient amenities like your own laundry, kitchenette, bathroom, even a cozy gas fireplace in the living area. A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.
