Tawnya is amazing to work with! An emergency issue came up and our stay had to be unexpectedly canceled. Tawnya immediately helped us find another place to stay, worked out financial reimbursement through Airbnb, and even worked to obtain other discounts for us. I am so appreciative of her thoughtfulness and help! Unexpected emergencies happen, but it is wonderful to be taken care of when they do!

Our 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 3. Very comfortable. The kitchen is a little small, but mostly stocked well and we had brought a lot from home. The beds were comfortable and everything went really well! The unit is not river-facing, but we were just a short walk from riverside benches and picnic tables, and a hot tub. The pool is a great option - the playground was maybe a little small for our 3.5 year old, but it was something to do. We walked one night up to highway 36 for dinner, there were several options within walking distance. Also a little mini golf place. Otherwise, we drove into downtown which was not far and the visitor center has a free parking garage. We loved how quiet and out of the way the complex was, and how close to the entrance for RMNP, which we did one day. We would stay here again - lots of fun and a nice getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this mountain condo. It was super comfortable and accommodating for our family of four. Check in and check out was super quick and easy, and the host was quick to respond to questions. Views of the Twin Sisters and a bit of Lake Estes could be seen from the balcony, and we enjoyed frequent visits from hummingbirds. There was plenty of fans to bring in the cool mountain air and we were very comfortable without air conditioning even in the middle of August. There is a nice, new set of nonstick pans in the kitchen, although they tend to slide off the burners as they heat up.

We had a great stay for a week here near Estes Park. It was a quiet and beautiful location with a wonderful view from the balcony. It was also a perfect location if you want to walk into town and do some shopping or get some food. The home was cosy and had everything we needed to feel right at home. There was a slight difficulty with some workmen during the stay on our balcony which was beyond Ponderosa's control. They were extremely responsive when we spoke to them about it and we were grateful for this. This was a great stay and would recommend to others or stay again.

Desi was great to communicate with. Our place was exactly as listed with very good amenities!

Estes Park is so beautiful - full of activities and peacefulness. Desi was very accommodating in finding us a condo with little notice and continued to provide great communication. We took a very short walk to a place called Smokin Dave’s BBQ and had the most amazing catfish. Thank you for a relaxing couple day trip that was much needed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Sylvia’s place was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Her place is quiet, spacious and sits close to the river. Sylvia was very helpful and sent information about check-in far in advance and checked with us before our stay to see if we needed anything. We hope to stay again soon!

Nice unit that is part of a time share/condo development. The location is great--close to RMNP and a short drive to downtown area of Estes Park. There is grocery shopping downtown. The development includes pool, small work out area, 24/7 front desk support if needed. The unit itself has everything you would need to cook meals or to BBQ on an outdoor grill. Perfect stay for hiking at RMNP.

great property that works well for five grandchildren and a grandma. great location to Rocky Mountain National Park. Exceeded my expectations. The beds were amazing to sleep on! The check-in process was a breeze. I would highly suggest the wristbands to get in and out of your home. Staff were always cheerful when we went to get more supplies. Just a couple of side notes the kitchen's really dark, I wish it would have had more light. Also not a lot of options for storing leftover food in the fridge such as Rubbermaid containers. The river flowing through the property gave us lots of opportunity to see elk which was absolutely beautiful to watch. The grandkids loved the pool area and the hot tub was extra hot which was good for weary bones after long hikes in the park. Sidharth was easy to work with. Absolutely would stay here again!

Very nice facility. We enjoyed the extra amenities. Pool, hot tub and game room. Our boys ages 10 and 7 enjoyed playing in the river. Checkin was a nightmare due to a very rude front desk employee by the name of Beach. Randi was responsive and did a great job at getting it taken care of.

This home is absolutely wonderful. If we could, we would hire the host to remodel/reorganize our own house! They have obviously very thoughtfully considered every potential guest and made accommodations for them. Super clean and cozy, very comfortable beds and furniture, plush linens, and a stocked kitchen labeled to perfection. There are very detailed instructions for all amenities and their response time to messages/questions is excellent. Location is great too! We would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone visiting the Loveland, Fort Collins, or Estes Park area

This was a beautiful house, we were in Fort Collins for a Wedding and had multi generational family. The play areas inside and outside were amazing, we loved the deck the swing chairs (great for conversation gathering) the garden, the hammock, the river, we soaked and floated - the rooms were luxurious, beds so comfy. The family loved the little touches of toothbrushes and the snacks, coffee and tea, so thoughtful. We made cocktails and take and bake pizza and salad. Everything was perfect. We really did utilize the outside. Thank you.

Great space and plenty of room for our large group! Nice neighborhood and easy to get to Fort Collins where we had family. Plenty of activities under an hour to get to!

What a great home and an even better host. House is right across the street from the local Police Department and the neighborhood is great. New house with every amenity you would need. Green space right out the front door, supermarkets right around the corner and just minutes drive to the CSU campus or historic downtown. We loved it.

We had an amazing stay, we only wish it could have been longer. Tyler is an excellent host, accommodating, and kind. The house and garden are beautiful. We can’t wait to return!

Charming older property that does not show it's age - looked up when it was built and was surprised it's in great shape for that age. We loved the open floorplan and LOTS of windows to give it a bright airy feel. One minor note on the windows though is there are no curtains or blinds so at night you're readily visible to those outside - not a concern for us, but might be for others. We were there over Christmas but already planning to book this property again in warmer weather when we can open things up more and take better advantage of the wonderful wrap around porch and private, enclosed back yard spaces.
