Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Larimer County

We enjoyed a great stay at Christina’s BnB in Loveland. The home was a great spot for our trip to visit friends and family. We were able to relax in the hot tub the last evening, and it melted our troubles away. We would stay here again if returning to the area.

We were attending wedding activities over three days in Longmont which is a half hour drive each way so we were on the fence about booking Marda's place. We're so glad we did though. There are too many special touches to mention them all, but we loved the hardwood floors, the tile choices in kitchen and bath and the comfortable bed with beautiful linens. Plus the windows are great, letting in lots of natural light while keeping the house very quiet. There's a covered porch out back with a table and chairs, all looking out on a green lawn and some big trees. Also provided were two bikes with helmets, but we didn't use them because we'd brought our own. The bike paths in the area are wonderful. The place had everything we needed and the house manual and other instructions for kitchen appliance, w/d, etc., are there if you need them. I highly recommend the Love Shack!

This place is just stunning. The location is perfect. Peaceful. I could live here forever. The house itself was squeaky clean. The linens were clean and fresh. My 2 year old loved playing with the UNO cards and we read some of the books they had there. Our parents kept asking if we could extend our stay at the house! Lots of space for a big group. I’m hoping to go back here and maybe do some yoga on this deck some day 😊

Excellent stay in a nicely redone and very clean craftsman cottage on a quiet tree-lined street. Easy to get to anywhere in Loveland. Two comfortable bedrooms, a good-sized kitchen, great laundry room … and a nice dining/living room area. There’s a train track behind the backyard, but the train only goes by in mid-morning and we honestly barely heard it. Super communications with Anthony.

Great location, great house, backyard is fenced in and nice. Note, if neighbor is on balcony they can see into the back yard. We didn’t care about that but something to note. Hot tub is nice, lights outside are nice, and ft Collins walkable from the house.

This spot was great for a vacation with extended family - four adults and four children. Easy access to RMNP, kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots and pans to cook for a large number of people. We really enjoyed the stay - the hot tub, fire pit, and foosball table were great additions for the group. Would stay again! Great communication as well.

We absolutely loved our stay! There’s hiking on property, beautiful scenery, roar of the river, great coffee across the street, stars at night…the location can’t be beat! We will be back for sure!

The place was perfect for us! Our host had very helpful instructions and notes. Everything was just like the listing. Definitely recommend checking out this home if you’re looking for a sweet and safe spot in Colorado!

From our first contact with Glenn and throughout our stay, Glenn was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment served us well for the purpose of our stay. The swing by the lake was beautiful. We spent our evenings there enjoying the peacefulness of the area. We like to walk, and found the neighborhood to be very walkable. The location of the apartment was in a quiet area and easily accessible to most anywhere you might want to go in Fort Collins. We appreciate the opportunity to have stayed at Glenn’s place.

This Airbnb was a great stay for the couple nights that we needed. Was clean and comfy. The lake is just down the road if you desire otherwise great area and not too far away from the necessities. Recommend a stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at Tim’s apartment in Fort Collins! Communication was excellent from start to finish—Tim was responsive and thoughtful, and his local restaurant recommendations were spot on. Traveling alone with my small kids, I really appreciated how safe and comfortable the space felt. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we could have possibly needed. Plus, being able to walk into town quickly and easily was a huge bonus. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Exactly what our family of three needed for a few nights in Estes park with the days spent in RMNP. Perfect location, meticulously cleaned and maintained, and a very comfortable place to stay. I will definitely try to rebook every time we return to the area - couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We really loved staying here! Close to old town yet very quiet and peaceful. Beautifully designed gardens, lovely space itself. Even though it’s the bottom half of the home, it felt incredibly private. Every person we met was kind and helpful, not to mention patient with our 3 year old daughter who loves to meet everyone

I would definitely stay there again. I felt safe, it was easy to find what I needed from this accessible location.

Great location, both from downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. There’s a great restaurant right next door and. Safeway grocery just down the road. Breathtaking views with a river running through the backyard. Occasionally elk would meander through!

Great location. Downtown Estes (Elkhorn Ave) is approximately 2 blocks away. We easily walked to stores and restaurants in the entire area. Only had to drive when going into the national park and major grocery shopping. There are some parking spaces immediately in front of the condo that can be used for loading and unloading, as long as they are available. The lot across the street is convenient and was not an issue to use at all. The space was as described. Note that the loft bathroom does have a shower. Portable cooling units were provided (one downstairs, one upstairs) that really helped with cooling, along with ceiling fans and portable fans to keep the air moving. All of the windows open to allow fresh air in (note to close them if rain is anticipated). There is plenty of space to spread your stuff out in the loft bedroom, as that is a huge space. There is no dishwasher so you will need to handwash any glasses and dishes. Was not a problem for us as we mostly ate out.

This is our second year in a row staying at Mallary and Michael’s place, and we love it! It is comfy and clean, and it has everything you need to feel at home. It is close to the shops and restaurants in Estes Park and the entrance to the RMNP. After hiking and being tired from outdoor activities, it is a great place to relax. Mallary and Michael are very responsive and friendly to communicate with. I recommend their place!

Would highly recommend these accommodations if you’re visiting Estes Park. We were in town for a wedding that was happening steps away from the condo in one of the two wedding venues at Black Canyon Inn, but this condo neighborhood is just a short drive (3 minutes) from things like The Stanley Hotel, main street Estes Park, and amenities like grocery, pharmacy, etc. The condo was exactly as described and the host was proactive and easy to communicate with!

Loved the location and the wood burning fireplace. The hot tub was also wonderful! We will definitely be back!
