Small designer duplex cocoon overlooking the courtyard. This SMALL cocoon of 20 m2 is located 300 m from the RER E of Nogent-le Perreux. (It will take you for example to Disney in 35min and to the East station or Saint Lazarus in 25min). It is ideally placed to drop off your suitcases and go for a stroll. It is in the immediate vicinity of really all the necessary shops (a great market is right across the street). Everything has been refurbished and decorated by an architect.! ATTENTION: THE STAIRCASE IS A LITTLE STEEP!
