Holiday rentals with lake access in Le Perreux-sur-Marne

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

José is a very responsive host. No one available. Very convenient accommodation for us.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

Great apartment for those wishing to stay close to Orly airport. The apartment is small but very practical, with all the features in a quiet and quiet area. As for the landlord I have no doubt that he is an excellent person, very friendly and helpful. We made the most of it being a professional taxi driver and at a fair price took us to the places we wanted. It was excellent. Thank you Fatah.

The purpose of the stay was to go to Disneyland and visit Paris. Very satisfied with the choice and Michaël's advice was valuable both for car parks or getting by public transport. I recommend it for families because the kids loved all the eyes available in the house. Everything is also close, restaurant, supermarket, Val d 'Europe and of course Disneyland a few minutes drive away.

We have not had such welcoming and helpful Airbnb hosts before! The accommodation was in a lovely garden seperate from the main house. We chose the location based on proximity to family, local shopping area and the RER with a quick link to central Paris.

Very good apartment, it was comfortable, easy to access, it has a dryer. We had a few rainy days and it helped us a lot to be able to have dry clothes. The area was quite quiet at night, you couldn't hear a sound, so you could sleep very well. The sofa bed was quite comfortable

Wahiba was a wonderful host…always communicative and flexible. I knew I could always ask any questions. The apartment is very convenient to everything in the Bel Air Neighborhood, including public transportation, which made it easy to get anywhere in Paris. Thank you for a wonderful stay and if I’m back in Paris, I will try to book the apartment again.

We had a great stay at Alaa's with our 3 children. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Alaa immediately responded to messages and helped us. We were even able to store our luggage for longer. The location by the lake was very nice and nothing stood in the way of an evening walk. The large shopping center nearby was also convenient. We would definitely come back.

Excellent accommodation, met our expectations! We really like the neighborhood, it's very safe and the apartment is close to the subway (which was essential for us)! Upon arrival, there was a basket of fruit and, halfway through the stay, we received clean towels. The bathroom really is small, but it met our needs (there were four of us, ideally there would be two bathrooms... but everything worked out!) Thank you to the hosts! The accommodation is identical to the photos!
