If you like to cook, you will be delighted by the practical and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is very well located. It is less than 10 minutes' walk from the center of Puy-en-Velay and around fifteen minutes on foot from certain hikes (Chibottes trail). If you came by car, allow between 15 and 25 minutes to access the start of longer hikes (Château de la Rochelambert; Hameau de Saint-Quentin, etc.). Many thanks to Laurent.

I stayed Cyrille’s place for walking Camino. His place is really good location! It’s just around 100-200m from the gate of the Cathedral. Super convenient to go almost anywhere! Facility is like a simple hostel, but it’s enough for a pilgrim. He run a restraint on ground floor, so I could find him easily. When I have chance to visit Le Puy again, maybe I’ll come back here. Thank you!

Small apparently private very clean, warm and with a view on the heights of the village just beautiful! The patience and kindness of the hosts was a real asset and very pleasant after a long journey. Very quiet location and close to nature. Only downside I would have to say is the road to go up to the house which is quite damaged but the hosts plan to do it again as soon as possible.

Josie and Maryan's apartment is located on the heights of the city and offers fantastic views. It is well furnished and includes a separate bedroom with a king-size bed. Josie and Maryan are incredibly kind and helpful. We had two very pleasant nights there. A must if you want to visit the city of Puy en Velay or bike along the Loire.

Simple and clean accommodation and especially very quiet, with a beautiful view of the valley. Home super nice. The path is a little stony but this corner of tranquility deserves a little effort. A little piece of nature close to Puy en Velay.

I recommend this airbnb if you want to explore the medieval town of Puy en Velay, but be careful there is not much parking in the center and everything is not free, so plan if you travel by car.

Clean hostel right at the foot of the Notes Dame Cathedral. Perfect place to start the Chemin de St Jacques! Clean and spacious, I was the only one there during my stay in September.

You won’t find a better location for getting around on foot to all the major sites in the town. The apartment is well set up and comfortable. Christine was there to meet us and gave us good advice about parking and getting around to supermarket and other places.

Our stay was our first Airbnb experience and it was absolutely delightful. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk from the center of town and is much quieter. It is located at the foot of Saint-Michael d'Aiguilhe chapel which can serve as a landmark for those navigating their way through the winding streets. Christine met us at the door and was very cordial and helpful, despite my poor French. The apartment is quite lovely and equipped with all of the basics. The kitchenette came in handy when we purchased food at the farmers market in town. Very clean and well maintained. Overall a wonderful stay. I plan to visit Le Puy-en-Velay in the future and would definitely stay here again.
