A 50" smart TV with YouTube TV. Free high-speed Wi-Fi. Kitchen with new refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and Keurig coffee machine. Bedroom has queen bed and 40" smart TV. Bathroom has large shower and electronic bidet. New washer/dryer. Allow small pets up to 35 lbs. for $20 fee.

our Boutique Casita features beautiful ample gardens, huge trees and 3 outdoor seating areas, the house has a country feeling to it however, decor of the Casita is all modern and fresh, the kitchen houses a stove and refrigerator, the Casita can sleep up to 4 people, 2 in the main Queen bed and 2 in the kitchen area in the Daybed which has one top one bottom mattress as viewed in the pictures, access from street is flat no steps access all the way into the house , the patio has indoor parking.

Enjoy your stay in San Diego in this newly renovated guesthouse. Centrally located about a mile from Hwy 8, Hwy 125, and the Grossmont Trolley Station & Transit Center. Only a 15-20 minute drive to downtown, the airport, the beaches, and most of San Diego's other popular tourist attractions. This cozy, two-story, detached unit is located behind my home, and has its own private entrance and partitioned yard for your enjoyment. There's plenty of street parking directly in front of the house.

Cozy Coop with a View

This house is perfect for a private get away. There is a patio bar & a large picture frame window that commands the best views in the area. Sit & enjoy the large patio right off the entryway to the house. I have been told our home used to be a chicken coop in the 50-60's. It is far different now, we just finished a complete remodel. Everything is updated, upgraded & ready for you. Being on the top of the hill you get the nice views, but sounds carries as well, please respect the neighbors.

Introducing our itsy bitsy studio, where small is not only beautiful but also a trove of comfort and ingenuity. While it may lack extravagant features, it does offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.
