Highly recommend. Nick is an incredible host who was very quick to reply to emails and answer any questions about the house or river, which were both unbelievable: the house is renovated and furnished beautifully- like an oasis in the woods. The river went way beyond our expectations and being surrounded by bald eagles while we were in the water was truly an added bonus. This is what an escape should be.

We were impressed by the unique and majestic forest setting of this property. The place is much more impressive than the photos can convey and is tastefully furnished. It has all you can ask for if you look for total privacy yet want to be close to activities and places to explore. Nick was a good host- available via email and phone and he went the extra length to help sorting out some reservation problems. We definitely recommend this place - it is of the kind that you actually don't want to leave.

We did not get to meet Nicholas or Michele in person, but our communications were seamless. They were quick to respond to our questions and were very accommodating to our needs. The cottage was bright, airy, beautifully decorated, minimalist, modern and clean. The pictures accurately reflect the space but it looks even nicer in person. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities of home and we enjoyed preparing our own meals on Easter Sunday. The location is really awesome. We enjoyed making a fire by the river. It was also close to a very small but very chic little town called Narrowsburg. We scored some antique items from the French antique shop and ate at a very hip restaurant, the heron. It was the most enjoyable weekend we had in a while.

Do you want a clean, quiet, comfy place in the woods, close to hiking and water? Then stay here! Of all my rural Airbnb experiences, this one was the best. Nick is a fantastic host, responding fast and communicating clearly. The place itself is much bigger than pictures show, and wow, is it relaxing!

This house has an amazing setting in the woods and by the Delaware river. It made for the perfect location for a weekend out of the city and relaxing in the countryside. We loved the fireplace at night, hiking during the day, and seeing eagles soaring over the river from the back deck. It's close enough to nearby towns for anything you need, but the best part is feeling so far away from it all.

Nick and Michelle were great throughout, from the moment of our inquiry through the booking process and into our stay. This is a newly renovated property and they've done a great job fixing it up to be a place of uncluttered openness and light without losing it's cozy vibe. We've been coming up to this area for years and found this house, in this location, to be the perfect combination, a great starting point for long walks, river swims, fishing, bonfires, big meals, and lounging around with books and late night movies. Bravo!

Very clean house with everything you need for your weekend - BBQ, firepit, smoker, pool & pingpong table, jacuzzi tub, sauna, etc. We were a group of 6 and had a wonderful time! Will be back soon!

I stayed at Ruzaliya'a house for a weekend, along with my friends. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We wanted fun time together, away from our busy city lives and we got that to the dot. Plenty of things to do and the hosts were very accomodative. Should appreciate the fact that hosts waited long enough to show us around, while we got delayed on our way to the house and provided suggestions / recommendations that made our stay enjoyable. We cooked food, BBQ, had fun in the lakes, community pools, playing pool and ping pong in the house. And of course clicked a few pics with the deers in the area. We wished we stayed for a few more days.

My friends and I stayed at Ruzaliya's home for a weekend getaway and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. While the pictures of the home are great, it was actually even nicer in person!! Ruzaliya was unable to meet us in person but walked us through everything we needed to know about the house over the phone. The house itself is incredibly spacious, clean and very comfortable. We spent most of our time outside in the summer kitchen and on the deck, and the fire pit was really great at night. The house is close to the pool and lake; one thing renters need to know: if you plan on getting passes to go swimming, they're pretty strict about only allowing 6 members of your party go, and the names you give Ruzaliya prior to the trip cannot be exchanged when you arrive (at least, this was how it was explained to us by the community office). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Ruzaliya provided basically everything we needed for our weekend, and we'd certainly recommend her home! As for Ruzaliya: she is very sweet and communicative. It wasn't hard at all to reach her whenever we needed to ask a question. In fact, she even found one of my friends' belongings and let us know right away to coordinate how we can get it back. Very thoughtful and thanks again, Ruzaliya!

Our stay was great! The house was beautiful and just as pictured. We went to relax and have some family fun and it was exactly that. Everyone had fun and had plenty of down time. The hosts were amazing. They were the sweetest and always just a phone call away. They made sure we had everything we needed and were very flexible with the times we arrived, left and did any activities. I would definitely go again!

The house is exactly what you see in the photos. Entire house is impressively clean! Ruzaliya and her husband are very friendly and nice people. They showed around the house, and the ski resort, as well. The Ski Big Bear is about 5 minutes away. This is a great choice for us to enjoy the scenic view and the winter sports. There are plenty of beds for 6 of us, and even a dry sauna in the basement!! The heating system is well equipped, wifi is strong anywhere in the house and variety of entertainment is also available-board games, apple tv, pool table and ping-pong table. We had such a wonderful family vacation! I highly recommend you to visit.

Overall a good experience. The owner called us prior to arrival for a key pick up in Brooklyn. The house was well equipped and clean. The community pool was great. The property is good for hosting a large family party. We were granted a late check out when requested, which was very nice. Ruzaliya and her family arrived just before we left, which was no inconvenience at all. They are also bringing back an item we left behind.

The house was exactly what my family and I were looking for on July 4th weekend. Quiet area with an amazing amount of space that accommodated all 6 of us and would've accommodated 2-4 more people. We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table in the house. The screen protected patio was perfect for coffee in the morning, lunch in the afternoon and even just to hang out while we BBQ'd dinner. The wild life was amazing! I fed deer (I don't recommend anyone try this) but I did, she came right up to me and had some organic spring mix lettuce, left for an hour or so and then came back with what I assume was her baby. We also saw chipmunk - Absolutely ADORABLE!!! Overall, we would definitely come back to stay at Ruzaliya's beautiful house in Hawley!

This house is AWESOME! Set in a cute little town called Narrowsburg and the perfect amount of seclusion from the hustle and bustle. Modern and clean with lots of space. Perfect for a larger group. We had 6 women staying and had more than enough space. Beautiful deck for out door eating, large windows and everything is new or updated. I stayed in the summer during an exceptionally rough heat wave so not having AC was tough but with some fans and the windows open it cooled down. This place would be great in the winter months. Ricky was a very great host, made everything clear and was easy to get with touch with. Make sure to travel into Narrowsburg downtown for cute shops and food. Highly suggested to stay here!

This gorgeous home is not to be believed, it's a really dream house we'd love to live in year round! Ricky was supportive with excellent information about local lakes to swim in, places to hike, whatever we needed. The place was clean and beautiful and we'd love to spend time there again.

Ricky's house really is as great as the pictures make it look. Quiet and secluded, but modern and stylish on the inside. Ricky was very easy to get in touch with and had everything set up for a smooth stay.

Michael really did me a huge favor by accepting my booking on such short notice. The house was lovely, plenty of space for your guests! Due to some MINOR renovations going on, Michael offered me an extra night's stay for free. Unfortunately, I couldn't take him up on his offer but we did opt for a very late checkout which my friends and I were more than grateful for. I plan on coming back Michael, thank you so much for everything!

Steve's place is in a very nice remote area near the Delaware River. The place is very large and accommodates a large group very well. The place could have been a bit cleaner, and not having bed linens and towels is a bit of a hassle considering other airbnb experiences I have had. The community itself is not the most accessible unless you bring all of your own equipment. They had tennis courts, but no place in the community to actually buy balls. So bring all of your own supplies, the nearest real grocery/convenience store is about 20 minutes out according to the people at their very small community market.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! Great location, great house, and honestly MICHAEL is a very helpful and amazing host. No disappointments here!

Michael was an incredibly patient and communicative host, working with us on our last minute decision. His Masthope community house was great for a quick weekend stay in the Poconos -lots of space, clean, beautiful foliage and a lake nearby! Nice and relaxing accommodations.

Good place to stay! Close to the ski big bear mountain. Need to bring your own stuffs(tower, body wash, hair dryer, food...) Overall is good.

This house is even better than the pictures! The price is great for the house that has many bed rooms to fit as many as necessary. I would definitely stay here again in the future if I need to.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was wonderful! We wanted to do something different this year so we met here. We had one family from DC, one from Manhattan, one from Boston and grandma from Western PA. There were 7 adults and 4 children. Three of the children were under two years and the other child was five. There was ample parking for our four cars and we could have fit three more. The landscaping was pretty and everything was quiet. They have keyless entry. There were five bedrooms and one bed in the open loft area (single trundle bed ). All the bedrooms were nice sized and the beds were comfortable with nice linens. The house was spotless when we arrived and had obviously been recently cleaned- there were no cobwebs in the bathrooms or basement. Since we were here for Thanksgiving there was lots of cooking going on! We weren't sure what to expect kitchen-wise but were happily surprised. The kitchen is open with a large island and is STOCKED! They had everything from regular pots/pans to roasting pans to an electric beater to a slow cooker and even a lemon zester! The high chair is a brand new Graco with an infant insert. The dining room table is large and easily seats 8. The main sitting area is beautiful! The couch is huge and comfortable. The TV is nice and has Netflix in addition to cable. It is a really nice place to hang out. There is also wifi that was great with no issues. There is a wonderful basement play area that all the kids loved. There are so many games and toys. Some of the toys include pretend food, trains, Lego's, barbies, cars, ring toss, mr potato head, etc. There were many many board games too for adults or older kids. There is a TV in the basement with an easy to figure out DVD player and a comfy couch. They even have many kids DVD's downstairs. It was so nice to have a dedicated play area. We didn't spend much time outside as there was snow on the ground but some of us went for a walk on a cross country skiing trail that was directly across the street. The back porch area is large. There was a fire pit that we did not get a chance to use. I would highly recommend this property. Everyone loved it. The owner and his wife could not have been more helpful. They had recommendations for spas, restaurants, things to do with the kids, etc. They were fast to answer any questions and truly wanted us to have a good Thanksgiving.

The pictures for Ewa's house are entirely accurate. The house was clean, well decorated, welcoming and serene. Ewa provided explicit instructions that were easy to follow and responded immediately to any questions that I had. We simply loved this house, it was better than expected and we simply had a wonderful time. The house is extremely kid friendly, the pool was AMAZING and our kids never wanted to leave. I really can't offer a higher recommendation. Thanks Ewa!

Ewa's place is great. It has almost everything we need (plenty of towels, kitchen tools and plates) and the decorations are really cute. We enjoyed ourselves there! Ewa was very responsive, she answered all my questions with details. We had close interaction with a deer visiting the house before we left :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ewa's Pocono home. It is in a great spot near the lake and tucked into the woods. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Our family had a great stay and highly recommend this home for a relaxing mountain get-away.

We enjoyed our stay at Ewa's home. Ewa was an extremely friendly and accommodating host. She was very flexible with check-in and check out, patient and accommodating. The only challenges we found with the home was that it was not ideal for a toddler. The railings on the second floor were wide and we could not let her play in the play area as she could easily slip through. This was the same issue on the deck outside. Very wide slats so unfortunately we were not able to allow her to crawl around in those areas which limited the space she could be in. Additionally we found that sound traveled throughout the house easily, something to consider if you're traveling with a large group. Regardless the house was very nice, in a pretty community with a great host.

Our family stay at Ewa home was lovely. We had a great time, watching some movies of her big collection and enjoying ourselves in a wonderful surrounding. I would definitely recommend this home to everybody who loves being in the nature. I have to admit that it was calm and you won't meet lots of people during end of December, but I think the bad weather, rain for 3 days, was the reason for that. Beside that there is nothing to complain about, wonderful stay in a wonderful atmosphere. And we saw hundreds of deers :)

What an excellent stay! Our trip consisted of two families and everyone was pleased with the house. We had a great time....Ewa is s(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) responsive and so accommodating. Her house is VERY clean which was a huge bonus for us. My kids enjoyed the pool and they loved the fishing....will definitely consider staying here again.

Ewa was wonderful host. We only saw her once at our arrival. The house was amazing. Lots of to do for our kids. Lots of princess dresses for girls :). Xbox, movies, games. Ewa had a nice surprise for us!! Pool and lake are super amazing. Overall our experience at Ewa's house was 10/10. Would recommend to friends!!
